Good morning all of really missed the animals you guys have been so busy at the new property,,,,hi Figaro how's hunting!!!!
I liked the two in one video Al.
As someone in the UK who doesn't get out much now, I absolutely love the glimpses of your road trip clips. Probably more than I should do lol, but when you don't drive and your stuck indoors, they are a refreshing visit to the 'outside world'! 😜💗
Great video friends. As always. Pizza looked delicious, can't beat your own fresh food. Beautiful property guys. We are building a Offgrid Homestead from ground up, have to say, you guys are one of our favorites, we don't comment as much as we probably should, But we watch, like, will comment alittle more often. Have a wonderful day. John and Sheri
I live in North Alabama, this is our wettest summer since i was born.
God bless and have a blessed.

Howdy Nancy and it was a fun video, wasn't it? 👍
Good Morning Lumnah Acres. I really think you should feature Figaro more in your videos. What a cat!!!😂😂😂😂😂
He likes to hide.
Gina is always right there ready to help her husband. Have to admire her.
I am a native here in Arizona and have lived here 54 years and it has been a minuet since we have seen good rain like this. It has been very nice. So thanks Al for sending some our way.👍
This is an incredible Documentary of your build and your life. You are still #1 You Tube Channel in my book. Being an old retired lady, I find your videos not only interesting, but fun in a way. Thank you so much for this wonderful journey of yours, and thank you so much for sharing.
This channel and the family as well as us, the viewers, have a special magic... for sure!
Love you and your family videos. You guys are so appreciate of everything you are accomplishing.
Good Morning Lumnah Family from Wisconsin the video was great like always. Have a blessed day and stay safe and healthy. 😊🐶🐐🐓🐷🙋♀️
I and wife have been watching your family homestead and enjoy the way you figure everything out is enjoyable. RF
Good practice!! ,to cross trailer chains as you hooked up to the truck!!!
Id like to see the inside of the container cabin how it looks finished up
I live in Arizona and we have had nice rain this year. Thank God and your prayers for the water that came our way. God bless.
Yes Al, love the 2 week back to back. 👍👍☔🌨 Tropical wave here.
Good morning. I wouldn’t have known these were two spliced into one. It was a happy one to watch you go pick up what you needed. So many are waiting months for supplies.
what part of 2 weeks ago and present day did you not understand that they were two separate video clips
over on this side of the world "sydney Australia" your pepper, we call it a capsicon. green, red, yellow and i think there is another one more colour.

I appreciate the extra effort that was put into the editing, especially the B-roll inserts. It made a big difference.
West Virginia got a week of rain when Floyd came straight up to us. Thought I would never get my 5 acres mowed. Glad to be sharing w/ others.
Joan, I'm in Monongalia County, my grass is growing like its May not late August. Uggg, I'm ready for fall.
I wish I had Al's energy.
Love these guys.
Al, you just radiate with happiness and enthusiasm!
Awesome Al Gina and Olivia,
I love how you all seize the day and get to it. Yes time is shorter than we think can't wait to see your dreams come true and you're off the grid ☺️
I'm working towards that very thing for my family. God bless Y'all and much peace and love from northeast Texas 🤠
Helloooo Lumnah family and friends!! Hope you're having a smashing good day!!
Good afternoon Teresa!👋
Al, I live in Houston,TX and still having the high 90's. You said something about 44 degrees the other morning. Got a little envious❤️. Love watching your videos. God bless you and family. Y'all are a blessing to us. Love the prayer at mealtime.
Olivia is getting so tall when you were walking out to feed the chickens it looked like she was almost as tall as you are Gina. Isn’t it great to have your kids grow up? I loved every age my kids were but as grown children are such a blessing. Thank you so much for all you show us how to do and be. That was a humongous green pepper! I’ll have to try that flat bread recipe! Have a great week!
Good morning my amazing friends have a very blessed day
Gooooood Morning
Howdy Jason!
👋
Here's a bare feet on the ground report from Hoschton, GA. It's been very rainy this year in Georgia as well. One of our sod farms had the river overflowed the banks and flooded the fields. About the time it started drying out, it rained a deluge again and drowned the field again. Needless to say, they won't be harvesting that sod for a while. Squishy mud between our toes a lot lately. I noticed your trailer hitch latch was sticky. If you'll put some grease on it, it'll get to working again. Many times the reasons for failures on those hitch latches is lack of grease. The hinges of the latch get rusty, sticky and then because they're stamped sheet metal riveted into the hitch, they bend when forced on the ball, causing them to fail and requiring replacement of that, which typically involves welding, grinding, sanding and painting. A little grease greatly reduces these failures. Regards, Dave
Good tip on the grease. Maintenance of your equipment alleviates failures. It should be part of routine. I see people beating on their latches with hammers trying to get them to close.
Your comment brought something back to my mind I've wondered about for decades. Why do most coupler latches use the stamped sheet metal? Are there ones that latch like that, (i.e. not the sleeve type, or hand wheel type locks), that are made with higher quality components? If so, why aren't they more common?
@@PatrickPoet It's about price point and repeat sales mostly. Most landscapers and others don't lubricate the latches and between the need for lube, rust, stamped steel and rough treatment, they inevitably fail, providing repeat sales. This also helps welding, trailer repair and lawn mower repair shops who repair these trailers, as they often carry the parts and provide replacement service. Simple economics, plus most folks have the repair and not maintain mindset for things like that. My wife and I used to be landscapers and we seldom replaced a hitch, because we lubed them and they didn't stick, so no need to force and no need to repair one damaged by force.
Good morning to everyone at the Lumnah Acres channel!Greetings from Kamakura, Japan! 🇯🇵😄🐶 I hope you’re all are enjoying the week so far!
Gooooood Morning Japan. This weeks has been a good week we’ve gotten a lot done at the tiny house site. Hope your having a good week too
Hope all with yourself as well
Howdy Robert - yes, thank you.. so far. And you?
@@LumnahAcres Thanks! It’s been a good week 😃🐶👍🏾
@@gerscollard1497 All’s well thanks 🐶😃🙏🏾
Everything coming together! Thank you for sharing!
Good Morning, Lumnahs & all you viewers! The video went together well. Things are really looking good. I had to laugh when Gina said, Don’t throw it back on this side. 🤣 Everybody stay safe & healthy!
Blessings, Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇺🇸👍❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Howdy Vicki! Hope you and yours stay safe and healthy too!
hahahaha - fast thinking Gina !!!! :-) :-) :-)
So nice to see the babies today. Love your goats 🐐. Gina that pizza looked 👌😋.
Great video, Al.... You are a master builder, but what I really like is your enthuisiasm for all you and Gina do...
Glad to see things are falling into plan. Can't wait to see the garden plan!
Always enjoy your videos on the home stead. You mentioned rain. Central Iowa were I live has had little rain all summer. Temps in the 90s. Shower every now and then. But, the other day we got 6tenths to days later 7tenths yesterday 2 tenths. We were very thankful indeed. Your wife looks to be a great cook. Your green house grows some humongous peppers. We picked half a 5 gallon bucket of tomato's off one plant yesterday. Only because we have been watering the garden all summer, or we would have had nothing. Thanks for sharing, have a great week :)
Love the first part with animal's and music. Felt like I could reach into my phone and pet them.
I like you putting things together thematically, regardless of the time it occurred. Good B-roll shots.
While the large excavator is on site, would be timely to have him prep the sites for the main house and barn buildings. Would give them plenty of time to settle and solidify the base. Really enjoying your series. The thought and hard work that goes into the development is appreciated. Great job of narrating and editing the process.
Right
Figaro is truly the definition of a "Cool Cat " always chill !
The purrfect example of a tuxedo cat, our Figaro!
@@samvalentine3206 I had my tuxedo cat with me for 18 years and 4 months... I miss him...I am glad that they have and show Figaro :-)
I just noticed in the beginning of this video, how symmetrical his markings are. He is a beautiful cat.
Wow! Olivia appears to have had a growth spurt this summer. She is catching up to her mother! 💕
Good morning Lumnahs

Figaro was the highlight of today's video.
A Lumnah Acres video without Figaro is like day without night! 😜
I’m not waking up with the Lumnah’s, I haven’t gone to bed yet.
Figuero is just so precious, what’s a farm without a cat 🐈⬛.
Al it is quite a major project for you and Gina to take on such a large task. Best of luck to each of you.
You both keep up inspired to do things we feel are impossible.
Gooooood Morning. 😂
I like that you put those two days together. Some channels don't show the different times they get parts to the projects. Wow! how did you get Figuero to leave the chickens alone? I am enjoying this brand new adventure in your lives. Seeing from the start moving towards each final step building your lives is amazing. Keep up the good work.
Cats don’t like getting pecked much, and they know chickens are too big ! One of our cats,a merciless bully of dogs, soon gave up stalking our pet rabbit when it kicked him hard enough to roll him over, they learn !
Gena is such a big help to you Al
*Gina*
Loved the video, Al and Gina! U did great editing the two videos together seamlessly. Love your greenhouse and how it's producing. GINA, I would love for you to show us a closer look at your veggies again.
Agreed! Last year there was more emphasis on the growing in the greenhouse - and the battle with the horn worms! Hopefully they won't come back to visit! But a walk-around the garden would be most welcome!
Good morning Lumnah family …..the video ? I liked it got to see the progress your making plus got to see you animals too
Al, I did like the video with the two days together. One thing did make me wonder a bit, what happened to the white pipes that young man stuffed into the black pieces on top of the trailer? Never saw you move the white pipes from the trailer. Reason
Yes, that question passed through my mind as well...
Lol...you guys are too funny!
@@samvalentine3206 Lumnah Acres said in an earlier reply that they moved them as they didn't want them falling out.
The video was great as usual Al.
Just dropping a blessing 👍🏻🕊
Figaro, Figaro, Figgggggaro! The star of the show has made him cameo appearance again!
I think you did a great job combining the two videos. I actually enjoyed jumping back and forth.
I really like this video AL and Gina
What a video! Wonderful story telling. This was a nice tie in and resolve to this projects time line. You answered questions, tied up loose ends and made it entertaining.
I am in awe of your progress , endurance, and dream.
Thanks for a great visit
Hi Al, I think watching the real process is awesome it is what it is and all takes time. I just appreciate you and Gina sharing it with us . Hope all the steps go smoothly 👍👍👍👌🇨🇦 Craig
There is always something rhythmic about your day when you show us the morning activities before heading to the off-grid property, I enjoy it more seeing the animals first
Hello from UK. We enjoy your vlog immensely, keep up the good work
Good morning! Best wishes from Perth Ontario Canada!
Oh boy, things are starting to get exciting now!!! I hope Saturday gets here soon, I want to see what you do next Al. Thanks for another amazing video. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Those are some big pipes ! So happy you were able to get all the parts, and it was nice seeing the animals around the homestead! And the pizza looked yummy! 😊👍💕💕💕

Good morning Lumnas. Loved this episode seeing the countryside. As a resident of Dalton (just on the other side of the ridge from you!) love being reminded of the beautiful area we’re in the North Country. By the way - have you had breakfast at Monroe’s there in Twin Mountain (where you got the tank) - great people and great food.
Always nice to see someone recommend a good local eatery! Let people know that they do good work! Thank you very much.🕊🤗🐧

Where I live in Oregon, we are supposed to get a sprinkle of rain this afternoon and then two weeks of beautiful sunshine with temps in the 70s and 80s. Love watching you build the off-grid property from scratch. God bless you.

More of the wife cooking! Best part of the video . 👍🏾👍🏾
Listen to the Audio when Gina is in the Tent!
It would make a Great Sleep video on CZcams!!
Good morning from Waxhaw, NC. Not much rain in this part of Union County, NC, though outside the county, it has rained a lot in the mountains and as far east as the mountain foothills to Charlotte, but east and south of Charlotte not that much, but beyond our immediate area, they have gotten much more. We live in a small, "Death Valley" like area. However, soon enough, starting in late fall, we will start getting winter rains that never seem to end. I always look forward to your shows and miss you on the days you do not publish. A little about me, I am a published author, many times over and most often spend my days and evenings working on my next novel. Your channel reminds me of where I came from and the hard work we put into to survive on our farm in UpState NY. God bless you all. p.r.morehouse
A Whoa, Al you freaked me out, I thought I went time traveling into the past! Thought I was having a flashback to like the 70s man! Can't wait to see the tinyhouse plans coming along.
I would like to place my rain orders for northern Minnesota! We have only had about 2 inches since May. Our river behind the house is completely dry. No water at all! And we are chocking on wildfire smoke still! From the boundary water area now🙏🏻 prayers for all the folks who have been affected by the fires!
The video was great, Thank you for letting us share your adventures ,God Bless till next time🌻⚘🇺🇲🙂
Good morning Lumnah family and everyone else. ☀️ There is nothing wrong with the video at all and I enjoyed it. It's going to get more interesting trying to build things as the days go by. A very big wake up for many people is coming down the pike. Already looking forward to the next video. Take care and have a blessed day. 🍀
I liked the format of this video.
Here on our part of coastal SC we have been dry all spring and summer...BUT God blessed us with 5 inches last week, we were so thankful
I am glad to hear AZ is getting some rain. I live in IN we are getting a small amount of rain but dry and hot for the most part. You are doing a great job so much has gotten done.

Hi Al…you guys have accomplished a lot in a few months ! The New property is going to be very nice, from all the plans you have talked about, can’t wait to see all the construction start !
Wow! Lots of work still to do!! You are Amazing!!! God Bless and have a Wonderful Weekend!! 😊⚘❤
Nothing wrong with a video you have to save and add to. We have to do that all the time but we are much smaller channel and don't have as many things going at you all do. Keep on making them no matter how you do it. God Bless you all.
Al, your video today, as always, 👍👍👍👍👍🤗
Good morning all. glad you have your septic stuff all together now. just in case 15 eggs.
YES, we finally received RAIN in Arizona!! So needed, so thankful. The flash flooding is not as welcome, but it is what it is! Not out of the drought, but hopeful and grateful. Our yard looks fantastic, except for the weeds, but it is okay to be able to get out and pull them easily. Every grateful for what God's great earth provides. Love your channel. Love Gina's garden and cooking!!! Olivia will be as tall as Mom soon!
Good morning Al & Gina things are looking good. God bless you guys. Hope all turns out in your favor. Love from South East Kansas

Cool Cat: I believe his to be the wettest year in my lifetime of 83 years here in NW FL. But the part two have also been wet enough to rot my tomato crop.
Sorry about the typing errors.
