I have a gold iPhone XS 256GB, but the battery health is at 84% and needs to be replaced.
@@tall_dude1233 I had my old battery replaced at 79%. the new battery (original apple battery) had only 94% after 2 months. Now after ~9 months I am at 88%. The difference in battery life is marginal, if I put the display a little darker, I hardly notice a difference. Otherwise, there is no reason to replace my XS 256 GB, great form factor, pretty good performance, simply a good device. But I no longer replace the battery below 70%, not worth it.
Mine is at 79% battery health and I have a question does low battery health make the phone lag or affect performance?

Think I’ll upgrade to the 15 pro in September it’s a great phone but it’s starting to slow down quite a lot now and I keep running out of storage and battery doesn’t see me though the day as much any more had it 3 and half years time for a nice upgrade
I think some people can’t afford an IPhone 14,so XS is a good budget option
Upgraded to 14 Pro from XS on March last year, and tbh I was expecting that difference will be more substantial.
14 Pro is clearly better (in terms of display, camera, battery etc) but it is 4 year newer it would be irrational not to be better. Its nice expierence to use this phone but if I could replace larger battery in XS I think I could use it for at least 2 more years.
The xs was charging and usually phones are slower while charging but great phones 😊

Been rocking my XS along with my 8plus since they came out now I was going to get the 14 pro but decided to wait another year and I’m glad I did. I’ll upgrade to the 15 in couple months and I know it’ll be great. Only upgrade every 2-4 years. Still love the XS.

Xs is still better than most of the android premium midrange phones which costs like 350-450 $ while it only costs probably 250

The iPhone X and XR will always win. That stupid dynamic Island needs to be taken out for the iPhone 16 line up, so that I can get a new iPhone. This is already been proven over and over, the top space over the dynamic island is basically useless. Might as well cut the phone right where the dynamic Island starts. Apple pretty much Conned everyone into thinking the screen is bigger and that the island is useful.

@@2twoblue it’s not staying for a while. It’s already planned to be taken out of the iPhone 16 pro max or “ultra” whichever is more premium. Only a pinhole for the camera will be visible. Not the whole pill.

when should i replace the battery ? im currently at 88% i was at 97 1.5 month ago
