Broo I’m amazed of you! I you are most one I’ve seen in my life that captures lighting sound HD, when I record it with my phone the sound is way different than the real and 90% of yotube vids, but you in most your vids have HD lightning sound same as i hear it in real life! How?😮
Great video. I’m guessing that these were elevated thunderstorms? Some of the loudest thunder I’ve heard. Reminds of spanish plume thunderstorms we sometimes get here in Ireland.
@@MrStundon1 The ASWMS has been seeding them since 1996. The effect wasn't noticeable at first. I'm in Calgary, and last summer every thunderstorm here was seeded into non-existence.
Loudest/closest strikes 3:08, 3:23, 5:24, 5:57, 6:34, 8:04
😂 8 yr old me would've been sweating bullets. 44 yr old me wishes I were watching this live! I love the thunder that sounds like g*nfire!
@@Elliephantasm Same here, I was scared of storms as a kid, now I love watching them!
the fact i love these storms but not at night or if it had gusty winds, stay safe!
I was scared of thunderstorms from 2020-2021
This was some of the slowest thunder I have ever seen. But there were some exceptions. Thanks for sharing this.
I was amazed when a thunderstorm happened in 2023. I was 13 and was born 2009 when this happened.
Gotta say makes me homesick! There's nothing quite like those edmonton thunderstorms

Yes it was an elevated air mass storm, pretty much no structure to it as there was no shear. Lots of moisture to work with though!
@@mezpezlez and what was the cause, a low pressure trough, cold front?
@@MrStundon1Alberta's storms are severely altered now.
@@13yearsnake And when you say they’re severely altered, what do you mean?
