Good evening Dana (and Brandon).... pretty terrific video on someone possibly moving & relocating to the City of Southlake, TX.
Those are good things to keep in mind when buying a home in Texas, especially having an energy efficient home to avoid a monthly high electric bill during the hot months. If it's God's Will for me to move and relocate to the Lone Star State of Texas next year or 2024, to look for an energy efficient home.
