So, it’s been a few months with the Galaxy Tab S7+ and I’ll admit, this thing is quickly becoming one of my favorite tech purchases of the year. An android tablet! Who woulda guessed right?! I use this tablet all the time and when I’m not actively using it, I’m streaming Netflix or something else on it. I’ve learned a lot about the Tab S7+ and today, I wanted to share some helpful tips that I feel improve the overall experience.

But why you have to press the power and volume key for screenshot if you have a S Pen. Just press the S Pen button and zigzag into the down direction it will automatically capture the screenshot every time so easy na try this once for me.

I’m glad that you explained the whole adding the web site version as an app because some people just act like they don’t know how to use the browser and think EVERYTHING needs to be an app nowadays.

bruh im on my desktop 8 hours a day and never touch instagram in the browser. Always reach for my phone instead. Don't know why you're surprised over normal behaviour. I'm with MAJORMAYHHEM here. If I'm on a tablet I want everything in app form.
I think web version is better...
And most of the apps dosen't have full settings and menu...plus few have more bugs than a website...
Personally, i think speed is also better in website as compared to an app...otherwise why would they create a lite version of app with very different interface...it's not because of just memory issue...
@@majormayhem4593 that's true and i can use dex in my phone as well...but Samsung just doesn't have any competition in android market(individually based on Global Smartphone Market Share)...so i think it is good...Otherwise they will increase their price again...
I hope Samsung UI and android experience will improve as they are not much restricted...but for this they will only invest money for the betterment of software experience if they get a better competition from other android market...I know Chinese phones have a big market, but individually, no phone is doing better than others...Only few like One Plus are good enough...Moto is nowhere in the race...i remember the time i purchased my first moto phone online...It was the 2nd online mobile sale for moto phones...whether you drop it in water or in just drop few drops on the screen the display will stop working...pathetic...but they are value for money phones...

who doesnt:P I'd like to have a Tab S7 but at 10-11" and better battery performance... Also who cam up with the retarded idea of not having a compartment for the S-Pen
I've been using the Tab S7+ since it came out and I gatta tell ya...this thing is a beast! I got Adobe Rush + Photoshop + Adobe Draw, along with some artistic drawing apps and Canvas. Running smooth like silk. Thank you for these lovely tips. Adding it now to my collection :)
Why Adobe rush is not available on play store
Watch teoh yi chie's ipad pro versus the tab s7 plus artist review....color accuracy is just poor in tab s7+. Not good for creativity..even media is not what creators intended them to be. Fast color degradation and tint shifting after a year.
@@samuelmanny6231 of course ipad is way better..but s7+ offers affordability and currently the only android tablet that can compete with ipad pro..we get for what we pay..
@@holmesconandoyle I agree. But for some people's lifestyles and preferences, tab s7+ is of way better value than iPads. At least people have choices.
İ am thinking of getting it and mostly i use word excel and powerpoint ... can you tell me if it is suitable for that apps ? and also is it worth buying a tablet and using it as both pc and tablet ?
Can't even explain how much this video helped me. I haven't used a tablet in years and grew accustom to the laptop that I've had since high school, so it was really big adjustment to switch to the tab s7 + for school. This video definitely helped me optimise everything, and I used almost all of the recommendations. I especially like pen-tastic because my little pointer is a heart now
So I accidentally found out I’m being gifted one for Christmas this year, and I honestly was nervous because I am an iOS user since the 4s. This made me feel excited and looking forward to using this tab and trying a new echo system. If you have a windows pc or laptop you can use second screen to use it as a pc drawing tablet (like a wacom device).
I bought this tablet because of you and I love it. So beautiful. The one hand operation is a must for this tablet.

The Screen Write app is awesome! Thanks for that golden nugget. I bought my Galaxy S7 FE after thinking I'd pass, because of the great videos by Thao. And now, owning it for only a couple days, I'm already maximizing my usage and power of options, by continuing to watch the great features and apps she recommends... Keep'em coming Thao! Good Stuff!
That clipboard is the same clipboard that's on the edge panels on your Galaxy phone - available since the S7 edge.
Hey, can you please guide on how to use the clipboard edge function? Is it part of Samsung tab settings or is there a separate application which need to be downloaded. Please help. Thanks in advance
@@shwetadesai3867 I don't have a Samsung tablet but on my Galaxy S10+ it's on one of the edge panels; swipe left on the right edge. If it's not there then there's a settings (gear) icon to enable it

Why I cannot find it anywhere and when I download the apk it can't be installed is anyone on tab s7 that was able to install and use it?
Go to settings menü > Screen
Find Edge pannels and turn it on than click on writing
Than you will find Pannels manu > click and swipe all the way right
And you will see. Thank me later
I love when you come out with these tips videos. I learn things that I never otherwise would've known. This honestly changes my mind about premium Samsung tablets compared to iPads (they're more comparable than I thought). Samsung tabs can do all this extra stuff that makes them much more useful than meets-the-eye!
Thao really deserves more subs than what she has now. First of all, she comes off as a practical tech enthusiast and it's also interesting to see that an Apple user who doesn't stop herself from finding interesting tech and it does give some insights on how apps on Android can be improved. I really like the s7+ but it's so so huge and yet, i want it but i will wait to see what the S8+ looks like

Hey how do I change the home screen just like thao has? Having that many apps and widgets too
@@zirconia1205 so there's the 1. Wallpaper 2. Apps and 3. Widgets.
1. For wallpaper you can go to settings, then wallpaper, and then explore more wallpapers to find one you like, download, and apply to home screen.
2. Apps: if you swipe up you'll see your apps and you can drag and drop to the home screen whatever app you would like.
Finally 3 widgets: pick an area5of your home screen thst doesn't have an app, press and hold, and you'll have a menu towards the bottom that should pop up, select widgets and you can choose what you would like to put on your screen and most of them are adjustable after applying to your home screen.

Love this video. I don't think the Tab S7+ is getting anywhere near the amount of praise it deserves. I also only really missed Infinite Painter and Luma Fusion from the iPad Pro... and I say "missed" because I found out about Clip Studio, Infinite Painter and Adobe Rush... and now there's nothing I could do on my iPad Pro that I can't do on my Tab S7+.

Regarding typing with a tablet touch keyboard while its full size, I find that putting it flat on a table, on my lap, or at a 30 degree drawing angle and using it like a physical keyboard works really well. Very hard to get the hang of though lol
Your videos are amazing for learning how to use this device as well. You just fix the major problem I add with the one-hand operation amazing

@@ftv7219 when u see the edge panel u should see a little cog wheel near it on the left press that and u should see many options to chose from and clip board will be at the far right

I was using my floating keyboard since my tab s4. It was a must on a small tablet with limited space and even more so with such a larger heavier tablet to handle. It's such a game changer, thank you for mentioning it!

Original one doesn't support swiping across keys... which one is this?
@@saurabhmeena6417 I'm referring to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ as noted in the video. Maybe you're having trouble locating these settings?
To activate swype:
Settings -> general management -> Samsung keyboard -> Swipe, touch, and feedback (near the bottom) -> Keyboard swipe controls -> select Swipe to type
To get Floating keyboard:
Settings -> general management -> Samsung keyboard -> Mode (middle section) - > select Floating Keyboard

How can you make the Widgets more compact, like on 4:07? I tried to resize the grid and making the text smaller but i cant make it fit like you Have on screen.

Dont know why, but even adding instagram to home screen, when I open it it opens like the original app so I cant use it on landscape. Does anyone know how to solve it? I've tried on samsung browser and Chrome.

1:46 This floating keyboard really comes in handy on our much smaller phones, while multitasking! I've been using it ever since I discovered it.

I love my Tab S7+. I don't do photo or media editing but for school, media consumption, and even gaming, it has been great. I got Xbox Game Pass for 3 months with my purchase and a controller with it. This thing has been a lot of fun. I never thought I would use it for gaming, but it is a nice bonus. Overall though I love watching videos in bed now over my phone lol 😆
