A really informative no nonsense tutorial.
I'm into the Willy's MB, do not own one but can't get enough of them and this kind of detail info is right up my alley. I have always wondered how this was done and now I know.
Thanks so much and please keep making these outstanding videos .👍
Thank you so much for the comment! Sometimes I feel like these types of videos are boring and people won’t want to watch it. So as long as I know one person likes them I’ll keep
On keeping on! 😊I hope you had a great weekend!
👍
Thank you for the informational video. Perfect walk through tutorial.
You're very welcome! Thank you!
Fantastic tutorial Seth, great explanation on difference in axe head size and 4 hole bracket.
Thank you! I almost cut that part out because I though it was too boring. 😆
Yeah, sometimes the little details are the icing on the cake. You are thorough.@@redeyecafegarage7484
Great video. I have two GPW’s and didn’t know about the 2 holes in the lower axe bracket, thanks!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it. After digging a little further I see that Kaiser Willy’s actually sells an f-script 2-hole brakes. If you have an early gpw I believe that would be the correct bracket. But I’ve been told they kinda had a mixture of whatever brackets were on hand during assembly. 😆
Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Always Great content!!!
Thanks dude!
Good video Seth
Thank you!
Great informative video. I like the straight forward demo with no BS in the background .With all the talk about government immobilizers being mandatory on cars after 2025 I really wanna get an old Willys plus I like the look and the fact crooks can't steal them because they can't work a clutch. 😃
Thank you! Old is gold!
Another successful tut in the series of making Sarge shine!!!! Perfect!!
Keep up the great...

Thank you Mr. GWW 😉
Do you treat the straps with anything to keep them from rotting and stretching also is there anyway to lock those to the body?
It’s common practice to treat canvas with “canvak” but you don’t have to. The ones I’ve been using for a couple years have nothing on them and it’s held up great! The top on the blue jeep it’s about 6 years old and the straps are untreated. You could fabricate something to lock them but in stock form there’s really no good way to lock them. Thankfully I only frequent low crime areas haha!
Could you inform me the code of the paint body and wheels from the blue cj2a?
What is the make of the shovel that you installed ?
Not sure. I’ve had it since I was a kid. All the markings have worn off.
