I lived in Riverside in 1970. In the morning you could see a solid wall, looked like a massive sandstorm heading into Riverside. It wasn't coming from the east ,- where San Bernardino is. It was always coming from the west - where Los Angeles is. The prevailing winds push LA'S pollution east - towards Riverside and San Bernardino. A lot of San Bernardino s air pollution isn't originating in San Bernardino. It's from LA.

Hi! I wanted to offer help. This will be different depending on which device a person is using, but they should be able to locate a CC icon to turn on closed-captioning. Then select the gear icon OR three dots to locate the settings and select "Auto-Translate" to pick the language needed. Hope this helps!

13:29 It's not so much that Amazon is growing in addition to other carriers as that Amazon is establishing it's own carriers and replacing FedEx, UPS, postal service etc. Amazon is also pioneering the use of electric delivery vehicles.
If people would make some effort to not buy Chinese made goods, a lot of the air traffic would not be necessary. Politicians sold American workers out when they let corporations send all the manufacturing jobs to China and other "developing" countries.

According to " iqair " the American city with the most air pollution is Weaverville. Probably I'n the state of North Carolina. It's number 330 in the world. The country with the most polluted cities are India (densely populated) and China (where most of the world's manufacturing is done).
Maybe if you work in manufacturing, you are going to live near sources of pollution as a consequence.

An attempt needs to be made to teach people not to sit parked in their car with the engine running. Also to choose a less polluting vehicle ( 11:27 ) ;if they're in a financial position to do so. Though some of this will be addressed when gas prices hit $ 10 / gallon, gas prices are going to be used as THE Issue next presidential election.
The majority of southern Californians, given a choice of unaffordable gas or their kids becoming I'll from pollution will cross their fingers and vote for cheaper gas.
Repair, reuse, conserve, recycle instead of buying so much ¢®@¶ .
