The problem I had with Lilith last season with a Necro was not enough movement speed bonus to outrun the waves and the second phase chasing projectiles.... What is your movement speed bonus at to be able to outrun these?

The Duriel is pretty straight forward tbh. Just watch out for her attacks that stack the debuff, stay away from her burrow holes, and kill the adds. Andariel was a bit more complicated, but not nearly as hard as Lilith. I managed to solo uber Andariel on my 4th or 5th attempt. Just gotta dance around her AOE effects, which are much more obvious than LIlith's, and kill the adds as quickly as you can. But I'm playing a minion necro, so your mileage may vary.

Do everything I did here but learn to dodge the triangle attacks and Lillith's slam in phase 2

I'm struggling to kill both Echo of Lilith and the lvl 200 Echo of Varshan (haven't tried any other lvl 200 bosses) using your Shadow Minion build. At what point should I be attempting these fights? My DPS feels very low (took me maybe 10 minutes to get Varshan to almost die, but he killed me).
I have all glyphs at 15+
All gear is 925+, with varying levels of Masterworking, all tempers and nearly all affixes you have in your build planner (missing hellbent commander on amulet and golem mastery on chest(?))
I can do lvl 90+ nightmare dungeons and lvl 61+ pit easily.
Do I just need higher levels of masterworking and lvl 21 glyphs?
Or is the Shadow Minion build just not able to clear lvl 200 bosses in a short amount of time?
I've heard of other minion builds where the golem does insane damage, so I'm hoping I don't need to change much.
You are missing the biggest multipliers of damage from your gear Golem Mastery and Hellbent Commander. But many people are using the elixir of holy bolts to kill tormented bosses so quickly, it's bugged and does massive damage when they kill an add. Sadly you can't do that on Lillith. You can swap bone storm to army of the dead and reads unyielding commander for more scaling damage.
I dunno, I dont have the Hellbent amulet either, my masterworking is at 8/12 on all my gear, and I solod every tormented boss except Lilith. There's just no way of doing LIlith without learning the fight mechanics, which is why I'm here. But other bosses were a complete joke as Golem necro, if not for the bosses becoming invulnerable when they go into a different phase, a lot of them would've been like 2-shotted by my Golem. Maybe you're not playing the rotation correctly, or your build needs changing.
Can you do this but for minion build? My minions falls of the cliff in phase 2.
Yeah, I feel like I have the fight down, but my golem dies to the pull+slam attack in phase 2 most of the time. The best I did was 20% in phase 2. Close, but it would be an easy kill if my minions would stay alive.
Is andariel visage bugged or is just bad , the first uber unique i get since s2 was this crap helm and the life steal dont work when the minions do the damage , i dont get it bc the life of kill and life on hit works , but not life steal , this uber is already bad but for necro minions now is useless , once i get the resplendent spark from lilith i will break it and make a starless skies , the damage of the ring will help and i can use in other builds
Andariels is trash on Necro.

I can pretty comfortably get her HP down to 1% at the very start of P2 like seconds after she resurrects (Golem is so OP), but she wont die until she goes through all her motions in that phase. That's the part that always gets me. While she's flying around and breaking the arena apart, my minions die because they're dumb and then I eventually die too for the same reason. I don't know if it's even doable as a Golem Necro, might have to try a different build. I cheesed her on my rogue in S1, maybe it's time to learn to do it the proper way this season.
Would the S2 metamorphasis aspect help? (The one where your evade turns you into bat and breaks cc)

This season i can handle about 2 blisters a a time and 15% of her life
Thanks for the breakdown. I am not lacking in damage, able to melt her health bar pretty quick. What I needed is a way to dodge those BS blue projectiles from blood blisters. They were getting me every time. But because of your explanation was able to beat her, 2 tries. Didn't get my spark though, oh well.
They're awarded if you've ever beat her. You should get 1 while you're leaving if this is the first time you killed her.

How much health does she actually have?
Nice build, I'm running a very simiular one to you. However, I tried to follow your advice but could not find a suitable ring. Then I found one with greater affix: damage over time. I decided to run around with it as a placeholder for the moment. Then the affix rolled masterworked... I'm doing disgusting damage now. My dot ticks for close to 100 million, on the same ring shadow damage over time temper got masterwork roll too. So yeah... my placeholder ring is kind of my main ring and will probably never be replaced since I got some god rolls.
Anyway: long story short, it's possible to push this build to truly disgusting levels. I'm not done with this, I have many more options to scale higher. I dropped chance to apply vulnerable but it hardly matters when corpse tendrils do the same.
This is the fastest and most versatile necro build for the season in a few weeks, pretty sure of it. It's tanky enough but I kind of stacked dodge on pants and boots + tempers where I could. It's pretty amazing to just zoom past stuff in tier 80 plus pits leaving dots in my wake.

Well, so I guess if I am Minion Necro all I have to do is run around and my boys will manage the fight? I mean, of course I can do stuff to optimize the damage with the tendrils and stuff but I lack Blood Mist and I suppos my top priority is to survive and the damage is "passive" anyway. Just need to hit the Golem every time it's up and she's around to get hit by it. Didn't try her yet, I'm still 95 but I see she can't be one shot anymore?
How to dodge the "triangle wave" as a barb? I don't have blood mist or a barrier :D I feel like i'm stadning on the line of the triangle, near the edge, but somehow her inner circle-wave always kills me?!
Then you need to stand further out. You can see the line of her smash attack, you need to be outside of it
I did this fight as minion but I noticed that it was harder than I thought it would be, most likely because user error. But in the 2nd phase after she cuts of a piece of the board she pulls you and your minions in and it would always kill my golem. Also, I noticed that my golems damage was very unpredictable. Sometimes he would take Liliths life from 90% down to like 10% instantly and sometimes he would do like 3-5% dmg only

@@teamkrub3330 Yes, I did. The key was really to keep your golem at full hp before he sucks you in. So basically just spamming the golem activation
@@teamkrub3330 I can also mention that I was playing the Rob build which he did pit 123 with. So you have blood mist which helps
Black river doesn’t work with blight for me tried it out on the dummy there’s a big explosion for regular corpse explosion but my puddles stay small

Don't think so, it explicitly states that SKILLS do higher damage. When it says "your damage" is increased, then it does affect minions, but when it's just skills, I don't think minions get the bonus. Then again, could be just that famous Blizzard phrasing, and in reality the aspect doesn't work that way at all.
The first phase early 3 wave mechanic can easily be avoided if you run in a small circle clock wise. Also there is a bug I've encountered and reproduced about 10 times. If you fill her stagger bar or brake her as she flies for the first summon she can either bug out and begin endlessly spawning waves or remain with full stagger bar and not register any further stagger damage making her unstoppable until you kill her in the first phase.
This doesn't work on Xbox the waves kill you from 10ft away. Took me 200 attempts before I realized it. The only way to get through is to blood mist and pray

Almost impossible on a golem build, it just dies constantly in phase 2. I get her down to 5-20% every time but then there's five billion blue balls hunting me and I cant do anything.
Yea, minions suck in the Lilith fight, they stand on the platform when it breaks, they dont target the boss, it's a freakin nightmare. I can get her down to almost no health right at the start of P2, but then she becomes invulnerable, flies away and starts going through all her mechanics, and the minion AI just spazzes out and dies, and so do I.
@@BL00DYME55 I finally beat her a few days ago, you can use the the golem ability to send it away from the disappearing floor, but there's also poisonous floor that kills the minions so high dps is a must, absolutely terrible fight...
@@BergmanJ yea, I guess it doesn't help that I'm playing on PS5, so the Golem doesn't always go where I tell him. I killed her in Season 1 on my rogue, so its not a big loss if I don't do it this season. Buy I'll keep trying anyway. She's the last uber boss left this season that I havent killed yet.

@@asum7786 Agreed. Duri and Andi are easily done. Didn't even need a guide to figure out all the boss mechanics and soloed them both in a few tries. Lilith fight is absolute chaos, there's so much shit happening, especially from phase 2 onwards. Luckily I was able to get the title and the mount in Season 1 when I cheesed her with my poison Twisting Blades rogue. Killed her in 1 minute (video on my channel). No such luck this season.
Andariel is the only one of those ubers that I can manage xD can do him deathless but the others just smack me up.

I'm doing 20-30 million dps, and in stagger that's getting closer to 100 million dps.

Question.
There are 3 stat slots that come with ancestral items. The amulet for example. It appears to me that certain stats like cooldown reduction or hellbent commander can only be rolled on the bottom slot meaning that you cannot have both cooldown reduction and hellbent commander at the same time.
Is this a bug or by design?
No. The affixes on a piece of gear are oriented based on type. It doesn't impact what stats can be rerolled to.

For some reason, I can happily tank all her attacks before her first health bar is down but at 6:02 health something just wipes me out 1 shot and I have no clue what it is, she can be flying, attacking with her wing, cross fire on the floor, nomatter what she does she hits that 33% health gone mark and I just die 🤷♂

@@MacroBioBoi Yep, thought it was the fire waves as I was just tanking them half the time but even on a no hit run got to the health point at 6:02 and just Thanos snapped me out of existence. As I said it can happen as she jumps up in the air, when she's cleaving me, mid animations too, something is just getting me at the same health point everytime.

Idk why but that slam attack she has with the triangle of waves seems completely undodgeable. The only "safe zone" is outside her circle, which... kills you. Standing on the edge of the safe zone has her slam also hit you too. How the hell am I meant to do this on my barb without an invuln skill like blood mist or flame shield?

This might be the only boss that actually requires some skill to kill, and by skill, I mean learning the fight. Once you know what is coming, she is much easier.

uber lilith this time around felt the most like a soulsbourne game that d4 has ever felt for me. i grew up on those games so her fight is something i've done more than once just for that gratification

Still a terribly designed fight and i honestly think is even worse now because the volatile bloods seem to have more HP and sometimes spawn like 4 at a time and even spawns out of the arena more times now. Her wave spawns havent even been fixed and its almost a year now. Glad i killed this boss in pre season during release and dont plan to do this terribly designed shit fight again.
I crush everything else in this game, except for her during 2nd phase...1 mistake and F me.
Whats weird is my golem can hit tormented Duriel for 5 billion damage but yet hardly does any damage to Lilith

good guide but terrible boss fight! I have absolutely no interest or excitement about learning all these silly little mini-mechanics. Id rather spend my time getting OP so I can one shot her and ignore these boring and terrible mechanics
Me and my wife hit level 100 today and tried this. Both minion necromancer. We keep instant one shot by something within the first 30 seconds or so with zero indication what it is. We dont have bad gear by any means. Dont know whats going on.
Are you walking outside of the circle? Looking back at the video it's the only thing I don't specifically explain. That will kill you
@@MacroBioBoi a little ways away from Lilith there's a wide area of platform that's swirling in shadow. Only the area directly around Lilith doesn't have that. We learned early on that standing in the shadow will kill us. But even when we're standing close to Lilith something still oneshots us. What happens if you don't kill the blisters fast enough?

@@MacroBioBoi hmmm. Well my build prioritizes my damage to my golem. And it's hard to direct the golem specifically to attack the blisters... My own attacks aren't enough to kill it before it explodes
If you hit level 100 same day as trying Uber Lilith, then your gear isn't good lol. You may have all ilvl 925, may even have GA on every piece of gear, but I seriously doubt it's optimized for the toughest endgame boss. Even if it was, that's only half the job, there's a reason all these youtubers create specific builds for these type of fights, that includes your skills, your paragon, aspects, all specialized to survive the specific fight. Can't just walk in there with a leveling build. Even more important is the knowledge of the mechanics and near perfect coordination during the fight, cause eventually you'll get 1-shotted anyway even with the perfect build.
