  • We're always on a tight budget (or no budget at all), so I was pleased to come up with a cheap way to make such a useful workshop tool.
I used Matthias Wandel’s excellent gear generator.. woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/tem...
And if you can’t find platewheels anywhere else, they’re here (along with chain)

Ok, here are some important website links. Please check them out..

Thanks for all your videos....definitely things that we can watch with our children whereby countless videos on here are just filled with foul mouthed people anymore who refuse to set their videos to age restricted and put a simple note in their title making others aware how their video is filled with vulgarity, sexual dialect, etc ....but yeah love your videos also because we are on a very tight budget as well whereby social security disbility due to me having a spinal cord injury but I still love fabricating and trying to find multiple uses for things that were made for something else and our grand children love sitting down with us watching these how-to videos and then going out to the garage and trying to build the same things following what was shown in the videos :o)

Tim, my 8 year old boy Oscar was so excited when I told him you have put up a new video, he loves making things, he thinks you are fantastic and loves everything you make. All I heard when he was watching this was “wow” that’s brilliant 😃 we don’t have “normal” TV but we do watch CZcams videos and he is half way through watching all of yours and Sandra’s videos, he watches a few every night before bed and thoroughly enjoys them! He said could you do a video on your chickens and geese because he loves them! Another great video, thanks guys 👍🏻

Hi Oscar, we wanted to make a video on moving a goose nest very carefully, but sadly we realized that none of the eggs were going to hatch anyway (because it was the gander who died last year, not one of his wives). But we'll think of some other poultry video to make soon. Thanks for watching! T&S
