Without all those outlandish things you’d think the buyer would say no and actually customize their expensive house with, I don’t know, things they actually WANT. *Item #:* SCP-6969-j
      *Object Class:* Keter
*Special Containment Procedures:* SCP-6969-j is to be kept within a cell with 17x17 meters of steel and 16x16 meters of drywall. No table of any kind is allowed within 50 meters of SCP-6969-j. The cell is to be furnished in a fashion resembling a dining room. Every day at 6:00pm, a minimum of two (2) Foundation researchers with similar food and clothing preferences are to sit at the table dressed in clothes that they both find appropriate for a standard dinner and eat what they would both consider to be a standard evening meal while avoiding making visual contact with the table, all while maintaining what they both consider to be proper manners. In the event of a containment breach, all instances of SCP-6969-j-A are to be incinerated as quickly as possible.
*Description:* SCP-6969-j is a seemingly ordinary dinner table with the exception of being an unusual shade of green.
SCP-6969-j causes anyone who looks at it while sitting within two (2) feet of it to feel nauseous, and after a total of five (5) minutes spent looking at it, the person will turn green and vomit. This is not entirely limited to those sitting near it, as it is has been found that anyone who even looks at SCP-6969-j feels mild nausea. This can happen when they view it in person, through any form of media, and in some rare cases, in their thoughts.
If any part of a fully assembled table is within fifty (50) meters of any part of SCP-6969-j (assembled or otherwise), the table will turn the exact shade of green as SCP-6969-j over the course of five (5) seconds and exhibit the same anomalous properties, including the ability to corrupt other tables. These instances will henceforth be known as SCP-6969-j-A. Upon breaking an SCP-6969-j-A to the point of it no longer being considered a table by all who have seen it, SCP-6969-j-A will lose its anomalous properties and will return to its original colour. It is unknown if this applies to SCP-6969-j since it has never been tested for fear of losing SCP-6969-j-A. This fear comes from the fact that SCP-6969-j-A has shown no sign of regenerating the small damage done to it during tests.
If any steps of the Special Containment Procedures are not followed correctly, one random table anywhere in the world (but more commonly in California) will turn into an instance of SCP-6969-j-A. It is due to this fact and its contagious nature that SCP-6969-j is classified as a Keter-Class SCP.
Due to the specific shade of green manifesting and disappearing alongside any anomalous properties, the effects of SCP-6969-j and SCP-6969-j-A are assumed to be due to the shade of green. This is further backed by the fact that the effects of SCP-6969 are greatly reduced when looking through a film that filters out all shades of green.
*Discovery:* SCP-6969-j was first found in [REDACTED], United States, inside of a mildly disturbing mansion that was not worth its cost. Its anomalous properties only manifested after its original price was discovered to be approximately $26,000.

I was looking at houses recently and saw an open house sign at a huge Tuscan style house that I can't obviously afford. Place was about 5000sq ft. Drive way flows down hill by the front door which had an overhang and pillars like a hotel. First floor had the master which had a chandelier over the tub. Also had beautiful dark wood cabinets and marble countertops in the kitchen. Next to the dinning room was an office/restroom. Living room had clear views to the mountains. Downstairs had a open living room like space and then 3-4 bedrooms. Only one bath but the hardware/plans for another in the "game room" was there. From that living room/workout room, was sliding doors that could completely open up the room to the back yard. The backyard was up against a desert canyon(plus unobstructed views of the mountains) Pebble tech pool, 2 waterfalls. Jacuzzi. Also had covered BBQ area with mini fridge. Place was f***ing beautiful. Only wanted $4 million.

There are some quite cool ideas in this house and if it would be 3-4mil it would be reasonably priced.
The floor is a taste thing. There are people that really like this style (i don't, but i built two homes with something similar for customers). The biggest issue for me would be the sound issue and the crapping in bedroom.

Megative, to the contrary of what I used to think when I was a kid, even having a PhD does not mean one is smart, it only means that you are a good learner. Take for instance kids who advance very rapidly through education and go to University at 13, many people call them geniuses, whereas in fact they are not because they never end up creating or discovering anything, They are just very quick learners. Although Albert Einstein was a slow learner, he was a genius. Basically, what I am trying to say is that a higher education gives you neither intelligence nor taste. The so-called high-end interior designers in England have very poor taste in interior design
