If so he probably doesn't understand that it was basically stage magic, but he may have seen dead performers copied on stage and, in his deluded state, figured that they can be brought back to life, weren't actually dead, or can somehow still perform despite being dead.
I watched the tour of the house. Yes it was utterly unbelievable. It may not be everyone’s taste but it was still amazing. He says it’s worth $500 million. The big question is, what did it cost to build?? He is a home builder by trade so he’s most likely not going to say. He bought the land in 2011, then made more land out of it by shaving the the top of the mountain by half. Then there’s the amount gigantic empty concrete spaces that add to the size. Most people that buy properties over $50 million know there’s a chance that they can lose money on them but they don’t care. I can go on and on about why why why why
the best thing is that the property has gone down almost by 50% in value already so even if it cost 500mil on the dollar, he'll be in debt for the rest of his life

The man used to be a very rich bigshot in California, and I have a feeling he got strung out on some bad drugs that really messed his mind up. Something happened to him and all I can figure is it had to be some sort of drugs.
He should have sold that house about 5 years ago for just what he owed the banks and he would have been fine, but instead, his mind is so warped that he spent the $10's of millions of his own money to keep paying the bank payments, and to make the house bigger and bigger.
