As a younger person trying to learn how to draw I really appreciate the breaking down of the shapes and showing anatomy and references. anatomy tip: the two abs parts that are closer to the chest actually don't show much, because they are under some other muscles and other parts of the body, insted of doing them the way you will do the other abs parts, use a single curved line to show them, if the character is very muscular :)

I applied circle oval diamond technique to legs, it turned out pretty well, i can sketch arms and legs more efficiently than just using 2 lines and a circle
