This is the first beginner anatomy tutorial I've found that really feels like it was made for beginners. When you're just getting started, it doesn't matter as much if the proportions are perfect, just that you can get the lines down. I also like how fast you go because it gives me just enough time to draw, but not enough to obsess over getting every detail perfect.
For months, I've been too intimidated to start drawing characters because I don't know where to begin. Thanks to this video, I finally feel comfortable drawing. Thank you!!
I purchased a human anatomy book and I was overwhelmed with lots of information that made my head ached so much I want to give up lol! But you sir made it so simple and easy to understand that I was able digest important info of drawing the human body plus the humor and all animation in every tutorial really made my learning more entertaining and worth remembering. @@goated-yt2370 this is really late but it makes it look more professional and provides a base for drawing even if you end up adapting a loose style when you advance
So about 16 years ago I got myself an E in art at school, simply because my teacher told me never to use pencils on day 1 and I immediately lost interest as I loved drawing. She wanted us to experiment with different things, which while I do agree with that, ruling out pencil drawing completley is the worst advice I've ever had! Sketching is one of the best ways to practice and has taught me so much to then use with those other things.
These videos have provided me with way more than the 4 or so years of art at school ever did. Very easy to watch and follow, clear and easy to understand and the editing is brilliant. So thanks and well done sir!

It's a very underrated channel, you just explained me the male's anatomy in a simplest way possible
Although I love learning new things to draw better, I never really liked watching tutorials. So, always having to look at tutorials to learn how to draw something always felt like such a hassle. But, with your tutorials it’s more fun and entertaining. Plus, I learned many things from them. Thank you :D
Your tutorials are the only reason I improved in art they are pretty beginner friendly plus your channel has all the necessary basics for a beginner artist.

I'm used to drawing/making female characters so using this tutorial is helping me practice drawing male figures. I also tend to have a problem with proportions as drawing humans is still a bit rough for me. (Like the heads tend to be a bit too big, and in my recent male drawing, I had to erase the whole head and make sure the head was good enough... But now that I'm looking at it, the body looks a bit too big for my liking lmao. I don't really know what to do besides adding the necessary details and whatnot) But I still enjoy making characters either way. Your tutorials are great! ^_^

great tutorial. I personally draw the heads kind of like how you'd draw a skull, where you've got a big circle and a little circle, then you draw the head ouit from that. helped me a lot.

i've gotten used to basically everything regarding basic anatomy, and yet, i can't draw a completely normal guy without a shirt
