Question. I have the same machine. Thing is whenever I need a receipt it does not print letters. How can I fix that?

If your receipt is totally blank, then the roll is in backwards. It’s thermal so it only activates on one side. Open the door and flip the roll around

There is no ink. It’s a thermal printer so heat converts the coating on the paper to black

I’ll add, if you paper is printing blank, your roll is in backwards and you are trying to heat the back. Turn the roll around
