The rooftop bar area looks very welcoming. Lovely views from up there. Hope you were able to sort out a partial refund for the over-booked balcony room you'd reserved. Especially after a long travel day, that is one surprise I would have felt pretty challenged with.

Still trying to get Hotels.com to help with the mix-up with the room, but they are proving difficult to get answers from.
Still, I know if future I'll be better off booking direct with hotel.
