OH MY! I"m glad you're ok after that "incident". I love your colorful home in Mexico!
Thanks Eric. :)
I enjoyed the conversation between you and Juan! I speak minimal Spanish, but I understand most conversations ... I haven't studied formally but I have listened to Qroo Paul's Spanish on CZcams and my next-door neighbor has helped me with Spanish a bit because she is from Colombia and only speaks a little English. It's good to have that pressure of needing to communicate, as you do with your workers that you hire there in Mexico. Love your videos and really glad you didn't break anything in that roll-over jeep ride! Best wishes to you and Lynn! :)
Thanks Diana!
Hello 👋 Happy Father's Day
Thank you, Joni. :)
Juan works so hard ! Definitely deserves a siesta! Your new camera works great!
One of the hardest workers I've ever known. So lucky to have him.
You have been a great influence on enjoying life. Just sold our property, been retired for four years. Be in Mexico in September. So excited!
Enjoy the next adventure!
Same
Fun! Lucky! Happy Father's Day and Hello to Lynn! Your home is a great investment, it takes work! Great Juan Handyman.
Jerry, I hope you pay Juan good as every time I see him he's hard at work! Was a Mason myself, now retired I know how hard that work is!
I don't pay Juan good. I pay Juan great and he earns every peso of it. I've mixed more than a little concrete myself and I too know how much physical energy it takes to make sand, gravel, and cement into concrete.
LOL..loved the conversation about mas dinero.
The seemingly universal sense of humor is one of the things I love about Mexicans.
Yikes glad you're 👍... looking forward to seeing the project completed
I never get notifications from CZcams . Off reading ? Watching from Buckeye Arizona .
Glad you're not injured from the 4x4 "incident", Jerry! Interesting projects you've started. Look forward to seeing the results. Happy Father's Day!!!
Thanks Lloyd! First measurable rain last night. Grass is waking up this morning. Hi to Liz! :)
That new camera is really good. Thanks for posting.
I think it will become my favorite camera, but I'm still learning how to use it.
Wow Jerry, wasn't expecting to see that vehicle in the ditch! Glad you seem OK. Did Ms Lynn have a few words for you afterwards? And hope you heard from your kids today ✌
Yes, she did. And she's only seen the still shot not the up coming video. :)
Well I guess any excuse is a good excuse! Glad you weren't hurt!!!
Me too. :)
Glad you are ok
Thanks! Me too, and I really am. Nothing like a roll over to make you feel alive!
Did your life flash before your eyes?
Thanks for the videos. You seem to have a much fuller life than mine . I enjoy watching.
Glad you like them!
OMG! Maybe you need to pass on the Exediciones. Lol. We are also getting a new stove and lots of concrete removal. Take care you two.
Happy Father day Jerry good project
Thanks! :)
I have a 2 wd Jeep Liberty , I have enough sense to keep it on the road . Glad your ok . I get my off road kicks by watching ," Matts off road recovery " thanks !😎
I too am a big fan of Matt's Off Road Recovery. You'll like seeing the winch work on that roll over and a few others when I get the video edited.
I have seen that group traveling through town all covered in mud. Looks fun but I'm not sure my back could handle it anymore.
Hanging on is good exercise for the back if you can keep from tensing up. :)
Another quick, short and interesting video:
Can you Juan if he's available any time soon?
Have some cement "job" in the backyard :):);)
I'll be keeping Juan busy for a few weeks, but if you're serious and local send me an email. jc.travel.stories@gmail.com
Hi there. I was in Ajijic recently . I wishe I could have met you and your wife. Greetings from California
Next time!
Saluditos toyou and la señora Lin.
Gracias. Igualmente!
Hello, wow, how fun. Keep living and loving and spending kindness as you do. Sending love, Lynn.
Four guys lifted me out of that Jeep, but first I handed them my new camera. :)
Hi 👋 Happy Father's Day 😊
Thanks Mary! :)
Happy to see that you are all right after your off roading adventure. Looking forward to seeing the south side of the lake. Happy Father's Day Jerry . Cheers
Thanks Deb!
Happy Fathers Day Jerry! Cheers, Mate.
Thank you Jack! :)
Awesome project 👍

Thank you for all you share with all of us! I’m watching you today, LOL, Sunday! Happy Father’s Day! And I’m waiting with bated breath for next week’s installment!!! 😂 Glad you’re ok from your off road spill!
Thanks! I am ok, but it was a night to remember.
I watch your videos I live in Visalia ca and also Iive in chapala at las pergolas in the outskirts next to Nuevo chapala I will be there june 22nd for another 2 or 3 month to get away from the heat of the San Joaquin valley salutes
It’s been the hottest couple of months here at Lakeside in the 20 years we've been here, but the first good thunder storm cooled it off yesterday. Hopefully the rainy season has started.
🙏🙏🙏
👍👀❤️
Glad you are OK ✅
I am. Thank you!

Your Spanish es muy Bueno!
I appreciate a compliment, but my Spanish is embarrassingly poco after 20 years here.
👍👍👍
👍👍👍👍
Glad you are okay after that Jeep turning over. Someone is watching over you. Too bad I am not in
Mexico, sure looks like you get some hard workers when you need something done. Can't get
anybody to work here anymore, Gov. pays them not to work. So there you have it.
Yes, I'm a lucky guy. The universe is kind to Jerry and the government pays me not to work, too. Social Security. :)
Very enjoyable, thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it! :)
Hey Jerry, booty bouncing is not good at our age. FYI.
Nor is watching it….. oh …. You were referring to off roading. Never mind. :)
Good morning Mr. JC. With all due respect, I come to comment.
In Mexico there is a very high anti-American feeling.
Have you felt discriminated against, attacked or made uncomfortable by certain attitudes or comments of Mexicans when perceiving this anti-Yankee sentiment?
FYI You are forgetting that Mexico is not the US .
@@victoriaalexander8015 what do you mean ?
I understand the historical resentment Mexicans rightly have towards the US for the treaty of Guadalupe which by invasion and war forced Mexico to give up the land which is now nearly one third of the USA. Mexico is still a big country and I can only speak to the north shore of lake Chapala, but after 20 years of living here I have never experienced the attitude or disrespect you're asking about. I have always been made to feel welcome and loved. I would never claim to speak for Mexicans, but I believe the resentment is more for the government of the US than it is towards the people. Mexican people are warm hosts for people from all over the world. You need to give respect to get respect and the Mexican people have mine.
