I use my own fresh milled flour, typically hard red, hard white or a combination of the two. Much fresher and more nutrition than imported milled flour. I have the same older style lid but I think I'll try to order the newer lid with the built in bucket.

    Fammi sapere😉

The mixing palet is made of plastic or metal?

i think it has to be made of metal. this one i think has a nonstick coating. there's no way it would last for more than a mix or two if it were plastic. pasta dough is very tough.

The bigger model is metal -- not sure about the smaller one.

Hi, I only came to learn about the pasta machine, then my mind started to wander and thinking of these 2 girls alone in bed together.

Can anyone tell me the trick to cleaning the disc? I made my first batch using the penne disc and am having a TERRIBLE time getting it clean. I have soaked it for 2 days and it still isn’t clean.

Let it dry completely and it will easily come out with a little banging.

They also recommend putting the disk in the freezer - then cleaning it.

I like the machine but definitely not sold on the story 🙄. And really disgusting how she has to have her hands all over the food🤢
Also I just cook the pasta with the sauce, food isn’t complicated, people are.
