NACA Realtor told me loans achieved through NACA program can be refinanced with another lender. NACA is not a bank and is not your lender, they are a facilitator of the mortgage qualification and closing process.
Now Naca allow you to buy $1 properties and vacant lots from cities and towns, They now offer new construction modular homes you can put on those lots.
Thanks for this video. Interest rates will no longer be able to reflect ZERO point something interest rate because rates are no longer 2%. Current rates with NACA is is in the 6% tile. Also, just a FYI, NACA update their workbook and you will not have to pay the 25k back (5k removed per 1 yr of living in the home) of you go to credit access under the new change (super happy about this).
Okay, I have to own the land. Okay but you can have them build on tgat land? Was Talir Morrison a good company? Are they reasonable ? I started the program. But I think I need to save more. Get my debt in order for higher loan amount. I found out my section 8 is for renting. I need to move to Raleigh, NC from NYC. So I can get it from renting to homeownership. But no one have vacancies. And my son just got a seasonal job so we can save. But please get back explaining in more details.

Let’s say that you work on the school operation field and get an offer from another school making more money but under the same field. Does Naca allow you to change job even if it under the same field during a mortgage process?
Right now the interest rates are 7%, so if they go down to 2% I am still not allowed to refinance? There they go again taking money away from poor people. There is always a catch! Rotten to the core. What is this madness!
Buy down interest rate is with other programs besides NACA.

They change the buy down method , they was not making no money , I think you can buy down some percent but not a number down

No, you have to already own the land and then can use NACA to get the loan to build the home

You can refinance through another lender but NACA probably wont refinance for you.
