this is a tutorial / guide of how to get more fps in valorant, and how to optimize your pc or laptop for valorant. tell me if u want a video about hone / honectrl, or other optimization things like atlas OS

If the file containing “cleanmgr” isnt working correctly, then you can just search up “cleanmgr” in windows. sorry for the confusion
i used to get 20-30 fps and then i saw a video not urs i applied same settings to my laptop and now i get 60-90 fps obviously i cant recored but its much better then before and the settings u showed in the video, i would recommend everyone valorant player to have these settings also keep up the good work...

bro actually best video because ive tryed many ways to boost fps but your way with valorant config gave me more fps and i started feeling game in another way. maybe this is placebo but before this config change i was plat 3 max but after that fix, i reached diamond 3 on the winstrick (of course, i was training aim labs and played dm before every matchmaking and etc). after entering my alt account without that settings i was feeling uncomfortable, although there was better quality settings but anyway. thank you for that video, God bless you

Your game will feel smoother but fps drop wont stop and wont add more if you are alr getting 60-90. Thanks man i tried it both on my pc and laptop generally tbis helps a lot in both. Fps laptop smoothness goes to pc 👌

1:11 this makes your computer look worse than a 20 year old one, and the fps gain is neglectable definitely not worth it
it’s for low end pcs. plus, i’m not forcing you to do anything

You should also mention in the video that this makes your PC look trash, and warn them, some people will think they broke their pc doing your settings. There was one guy who literally thought his pc might not work as it has a GTX 1650 🤦

What are you video settings in the first valo training ground clip ?? ( I already get 350-400 FPS , so please tell without performance optimisation )

Don't wanna be that guy but having a rtx 3070 is not a budget build and sure helping out others is nice but if you aren't struggling yourself, then you wouldnt know what its like for others man.
i started playing on a laptop that can’t run valorant at a solid 60. i could have made the video on that computer, but it would have obviously lacked quality which isn’t the sort of content i want to make.

i have a 1,200 dollar laptop but i dont know why but when i put the fps limit to none it runs on 40 and then sometimes goes to 200-300 fps for 10-15 seconds and then goes back, can anyone help?

When I make the msconig changes it doesnt save. ( btw what windows are u using ) Great vid!!
you can just press windows+s and type command prompt. Open command promp and then there just type cleanmgr and hit enter. It will take you to the disk cleanup window aswell.
Let me be honest... If you own a laptop/pc with specs equivalent or inferior to the specs i have mentionned below, you aint getting more thna 100 FPS (That too on very low settings) :
Intel i5U or Ryzen 5 U
Integrated Graphic card with processor
8 gb ram
If you have specs lower than this then its hard to cross even 50 FPS.
i7 with intel iris graphics and im getting 150-200

yeah, process lasso is great at optimising the cpu- which is what val relies on. glad it helped!
just plug in ur laptop whenever you play. Whenever i leave my laptop unlugged and I play games my fps is low but when i plug it in i get 140+

As much as I know, valorant is cpu intensive so high performance gpu wont do much

1. Both the launcher and the game has " run as admin" on
2. Or both has it turned off

No. I do have a potato laptop I get around like 30 fps but I enter the match quickly though it lags.

loading times is affected by your hard drive. assure that it's on your SSD, if you don't have one you need to get one

the point is to reduce input delay, not to have 500+ refresh rate

Another tip which helped me go from 40-50 fps to 60-70 is to go to windows security--virus and threat protection--switch off real time protection
Im gonna try this as soon as I get a new laptop charger, I've got a double gpu one is the Intel HD graphics 620 and the other is a mx150 nvidia geforce. I hope this works bcuz it's a new laptop and getting unstable 120fps

these settings atually gave me a ping increase which is what i am trying to fix
how? well these settings are meant to make your ping higher but your fps higher aswell but it doesnt do that for me it atually decreases both for me
