in this video i explained Why #SMPS Fluctuates / Reasons for SMPS #Fluctuation Switch Mode Power Supply. i explained in urdu / hindi language. in this tutorial i explained functional description of switch mode power supply, what is fluctuation in output voltage. it happens when there is feedback missing or some failure in feedback loop,
if vcc voltage are out of specified limit then the ic may drive in Over Load Protection OLP mode, or it may go in under voltage lockout UVLO, in OLP or UVLO condition the ic will disconnect the drive signal.
whenever there is some overload condition which will cause to draw over current from the converter but in that situation the smps controller will reach at maximum duty cycle value and the vcc pin will reach at OLP (overload protection) so the output will remain disconnected until the vcc pin will decrease at its UVLO value.

السلام علیکم سر کیا حال ہے آپ کا۔ سر میں آپ کی ویڈیوز بڑے شوق سےدیکھتا ہوں الحمد اللہ کافی کچھ سیکھنے کو مل رہاہے۔ سر میرے پاس ایک دس ایمپیئر کا ببیٹری چارجر ہے اس میں سے مسئلہ یہ ہے اُس کو بیٹری کیساتھ کنیکٹ کریں تو چند سیکنڈ تک بیٹری چارج کرتا ہے پھر ڈس کنیکٹ کردیتاہے۔ آئوٹ پٹ وولٹیج بھی 14 ٹھیک آرہے ہیں۔ مین ڈی سی کپیسٹر پر جب وولٹیج چیک کریں تو وولٹیج کم زیادہ ہوتے ہیں اور آپٹو کپلر پر بھی وولٹیج اپ ڈائون ہوتے ہیں۔ جبکہ آپٹو کپلر بھی چیک کیا وہ بھی ٹھیک ہے مین ڈی سی کپیسٹر بھی چینج کیا۔ لیکن مسئلہ پھر آرہاہے۔ برائے مہربانی اس کوئی سلوشن بتائیں۔ شکریہ

es mien 5 aur 2 number pins ground hain but 2 number pin to FB ki hoti hai.
Kya aisa ho sakta hai??
Out put mien fluctuation ho rhi hai.
But vcc voltage 5 to 15 takk fluctuate kr rhy hain. Out put capacitors. in put capacitor Diode. Tl431. Optocoupler. Vcc capacitor and Vcc diode and drysolde is good. But problem is still.

Both diodes works fine of high frequencies so select your diodes according load you can use tvs diodes too..

But voltage difference is here in sr 360 you can get 3a on 60v and if you're using fr107 then voltage 1000v and 1amp and tell me where you want to use these diodes or which application so i can suggest you better options
