    Humming Bee Breathing is amazing. I've practiced this in the past for a full month every morning and my focus and concentration improved so much! Didn't even need coffee in the morning. Love this one. Thanks for explaining the benefits.

    An excellent explanation of the Brahmari Pranayama. The Brahmari was one of the few Prayanamas I did not understand well nor appreciated. Now with this explanation by Teacher Abhi Duggal, it will be different. His Pranayama explanations and demonstrations are excellent. Thank You

      Yes, with our busy life that's what it is and we keep making excuses. I just recently came back to daily yoga and breathing and its already changing my entire body not to mention the mind.

      @TheSchoolofBreath I'm in Ontario, Canada, just outside Toronto. Breath practice began while practicing various modalities of meditation/relaxation. The tangible benefits of slow and deep belly breathing became apparent rather quickly. The book, 'Expand This Moment' by John Selby uses 'focus phrases' coupled with breath awareness has proved helpful. Experimenting with the 'Wim Hof Method' has also proved to be beneficial. I'm not a point where succinct video productions allow me to acquire new techniques, and your content is most excellent and appreciated.
