the weapon should be balanced near to the hands so this is not even realistic, almost anyone can maneuver a weapon like that

Actually wearing medieval knight armor is partially debunked. You'd be surprised how mobile a knight can be, theres even a youtube video of someone doing a dark souls roll in armor.

@Joshua Lee - ummm, actually: that's true for later in the game. Once you get to 105 agility, you can pretty much wear any armor and still roll super fast. However, until late game, most people wear little-to-no armor while mastering the Rollie Pollie and counterattack. I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just saying that we're both right, in a sense.

Here's an idea for a skit -
One dude shows up wearing Ultra Cool Armor - Spikes, gold-plated, gems, the works. Their sword is also Ultra Cool - jagged, skulls, gems. Same with the shield - skull-like with gems. This goes with the rest of his gear. They just want all the cool stuff. Let's just call him UltraCoolDude345.
The other fella, has a plain full-plate armor (or at least looks generic), same with the sword and shield. In fact, his usual shtick is that he's acting more like a Guard. Let's call him JohnDeGuard.
They are in a party, most of whom have cool-looking gear, with Ultra Cool Dude deriding John de Guard's gear, when a werewolf attacks.
Ultra Cool Dude makes their attack, hits, and - nothing - no damage.
Werewolf laughs, and attacks, sending Ultra Cool Dude flying.
Then, the werewolf attacks John de Guard, hitting him, but does no damage, much to the shock of the werewolf, Ultra Cool Dude, and the rest of the party.
John then swings his sword, and cuts off the werewolf's claws - just the claws mind you, they still have their digits - again, shocking everyone.
Werewolf goes, "Um, I think I just heard my wife calling for me." Runs away.
Party looks at John. Healer goes to patch up Ultra Cool Dude, while Spellcaster walks up to John.
Spellcaster: "What is that armor made of?"
John: (Looks) "Oh, yeah - I've been wearing this Town Guard Cosmetic - helps out with my roleplaying." (Turns off Cosmetic - he's wearing the Ultra Cool Armor and weapons.)
Healer: If that's the real deal, then that means - Ultra Cool Dude - turn off your Cosmetic!
Ultra Cool Dude: (Reluctantly turns it off - he's wearing the Basic Gear everyone starts off with, of even lower quality than John's "alleged" gear.) "I can't afford the real stuff in-game."
John: (Chuckles) "And you were making fun of my supposed gear."
Even the enemy was confused
You're sfx have really improved but still feel campy. I love it, never change, just improve.
