    I’m glad to report my urine mold test came back negative! Which means my histamine issues are caused by leaky gut. I’ve been on the GAPS intro diet for 5 weeks now and am making progress! It takes a long time to heal a dysbiotic gut but anything worth doing is hard and takes time. I am also doing EFT to overcome my major stress issues which I KNOW contributed to my gut issues. And it is helping BIG TIME. I have enjoyed 2 nights of good, non-drugged sleep since incorporating EFT. What an amazing gift the Lord has blessed us with!

    Why isn’t the first step determining your exposure source and eliminating that? My son has off the chart mycotoxins and stage 4 colon cancer at age 38. Treating it without determining and eliminating the source is like trying to dry off while you’re still in the shower

      There are way to ensure that your body’s detox rate is faster than toxin accumulation, using binders, ION nasal spray to defend against toxins, continuous saline rinses, and sauna 4 times a week at least. There are also ways to you denature the mold in a place, like Evan Brands products, his candles, etc. there are ways, I understand the difficulty though.

      Yes, but hypersensitivity is the core issue here if you can’t tolerate even outdoor mold. It’s not that werr trying to live in a bubble, it’s that we’re trying to reduce the body’s hypersensitivity to mold. Treatment is necessary to return to normal. So it’s an issue of living in a minimally moldy environment during treatment.

    Okra is supposed to be a solid alternative binder. Also, because Saccharomyces Boulardii (Florastar) is so very expensive one can buy it in pill form and then use the pills to more economically ferment more in organic apple juice. It ferments very quickly compared to Kombucha IMO. You know the S Boulardii apple juice is ready when it tastes fizzy. It took 3 days for my apple juice to change.

    • @HappyinJesus
      @HappyinJesus Před rokem +3

      @@sannamuh985 I have a cabinet shelf in my kitchen I use. So room temp is key but away from direct sunlight. Bacteria have preferences.
      I remove the plastic or metal lid from the original juice containers. Open and pour out the s. boulardi capsule contents. I used 4 capsules for a 64 oz container of organic apple juice from Brookshires but 2 or 3 capsules would have been plenty. I replaced the lids with a folded paper towel sheet that I fastened with hair ties to give the probiotics breathing room. I Iearned that trick fermenting kombucha because metal lids or even using metal spoons can be an issue when fermenting. Best wishes!

      You can start with two capsules in a bottle of apple juice. Fermenting for 24 hours on counter with lightly screwed on cap is enough. Longer is more alcoholic. Do not cap tightly while leaving it on the counter or you could have an explosion.
      Refrigerate after this and cap tightly. It will continue much more slowly to ferment in the fridge and will be carbonated.
      Save some to start the next batch from. In this way one bottle can last you a very long time. You will only need to use new capsules if you finish your bottle without using a little to start the next batch. A few tablespoons is plenty to start the next batch. You can experiment with various juices to see what you like best, but start slowly. Drink only a small amount each day. If you react badly, drink less.
      The favorites in my house have been apple and grape juice.

    Although I wasn’t directly tested for toxicity my old home was tested professionally for mold, we had 2 types of black mold in our home. I started having stage 2 symptoms of toxicity. Severe anxiety/ panic attacks, severe insomnia, weight gain, brain fog, to name the more severe symptoms. Went to the ER 15+ times in full panic state (thinking I was dying) got prescribed a plethora of SSRIs as well as Xanax, (I stopped usage of all) for they were making it worse (except Xanax in panic states) I have a full video breaking down my issue and after about 4 months of being out of the exposed home I’m slowly feeling a little better, I was a regular user of cannabis and now it directly causes panic attacks, caffeine intake was about 2-4 cups of coffee a day, now maybe a cup every other other other day. I have a eucalyptus nasal spray I use here n there.

    I was thinking of buying that book until you stated Dr. Neil’s advocating for prescription drugs as anti-fungal instead of natural anti-fungals like raw garlic and oregano oil. I do not go to MDs and I do not take drugs. I like the idea of a urine test, though. I am currently using my infrared sauna every night with niacin and it makes me feel better- my issues are intense itching, histamine intolerance (never had it before)inflammation and disturbed sleep (which is improving) I discovered the inner workings of my water bottles’ lids were covered in black mold recently which explains my illness. I could not understand why, within the last 1-2 months I was not doing well, despite the fact that I eat no sugar, no grains, no man-made garbage, don’t smoke or drink and I workout with weights 3x a week and normally feel great. Voila! Mold. But I’m not going to take drugs to counter it. God has made natural things to help.

But he did say that every single one of his (extremely sensitive) patients recovers completely when they get to the end of the two years, so persistence is key for everyone.

      @@carlciulla6546 mold toxin intoxication as a condition, the testing around it, and treatment is much less scientifically validated than SIBO is. Lactulose breath testing has about 85% specificity; so surprizingly small chance of false positives, but low sensitivity and thus a lot of false negatives. Bloating and stool changes are the most common symptoms. If you live in the US, make sure you order the Trio Smart test as that is the only one which measures hydrogen sulfide as well, which is otherwise potentially missed, potentially leading to a false negative test result. Be sure to get one if you suffer those symptoms.

    Best thing to shut histamine production is to Benadryl, blow and clean out nose using water and soap then toss rag. You need to wash hair and body. Then make n appointment with an auditory doctor to clean out your ear wax to remove the mold spores that may have fallen into ear canal. Bacteria can eat ear wax so get your ears cleaned. Move out of that toxic mold and dump all your items as they can't be cleaned. Why address "cleansing" your inside and outside body when all your items and even your car are contaminated. Our body is the best instrument of attacking, isolating foreign bodies. Seems all this is fear mongering and not proven the person is sick from other natural causes.
