This haircut with this outfit is perfection, you look so chic!
Thank you for the financial transparency. I’m in my 20s and broke so this is very inspiring
I was broke in my 20s too.
I’m broke in my 30’s still so haha I’m changing that
Aja, the fits are FITTING recently!!! Impeccable style and advice
we’re trying to give a whole new level for financial vibeness this year
I remember you adding a budget for Beyonce and she just announced her tour. I actually thought about you because you reminded me to make a Beyonce budget as well.
I did too - because of Aja! 😆
I wish I had more time to fully fund it before buying tickets but I'll just have to pay myself back later lol
Love this video, just got out of a long term relationship and was so fortunate to have an emergency fund I could dip into in order to get my own place! Going from a double income to a single is def going to be a big change but this video really has inspired me to BUDGET and take control of my finances
Thank you for sharing! Love your budget videos and how transparent you are with numbers, percentages, and exactly where your funds go!
New to the financial game and I appreciate the transparency so much! 🙌🏼
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Enjoyed the way you set up you planner with the visuals! Appreciate your budget breakdowns as always ✨
thank you!
I spent my early 20s on shit and now do my best to become more conscious with my finances 😅 thank you for sooo useful budgeting videos ❤️
Loving your hair :)) great video. It keeps me accountable with my goals too!
Love the transparency!
thank you soooo much for the total transparency!!
Love these videos every month. It encourages me every month and I"m updating my budget right now :)
feeling your new look so gorgeous~!! and always appreciate the transparency
So happy you're moving here to Houston!
LA prices amaze me, I'm pretty sure 200 would be enough to go to a Michelin restaurant in Europe to try smth epic
I LOVE how you budget. You’re inspiring me. I’ve been following your journey since your student loans ❤
Such a good budget video. Loved it❤️
Love this
Proud of you ❤
Wow I see numbers like this and I feel dumb with my $70K salary job. Could you do a video of how you get into these higher paying positions please? I’m not saying you don’t work hard for it but there’s definitely something you are doing that is different. Regardless thank you for sharing!
definitely do not feel dumb about $70,000 that is a lot of money! And remember, I not in a traditional 9-5 so people don't move up the "ranks" the same way you might so it would be hard for me to do a video about growing as a content creator bc it's the wild wild west.
@@AjaDang thank you for the transparency and response.
It's great that it was a good month for you! I'm getting my Feb budget done now, but omg when I heard that your rent is $2,100, I was so jealous! I'm paying $3,100 for a modern one bed in Brooklyn, NY and I like my apartment but that hurts every month!
I assume their rent is actually $4,200 and Brian pays the other half... They live in Los Angeles, after all. There's no way their full rent is $2,100 for that space.
@@LL-pq5uo ohh that’s a good point, I wasn’t sure if she was talking just about her own income or if she was using total household - some of the dining expenses seemed like the total for both of them, but maybe she just pays that out of her budget, versus her husband’s. Makes sense though, I was like shocked when she said $2100!
@@LL-pq5uo that's exactly what I was thinking!
Off topic but the top is so cute!
Your birthday shoot was 🥰🔥
thank you! 💅🏽
Buying that Mstpln because 2023 is the year I really buckle down with my finances and approve my credit! Thanks Aja for being my online financially smart big sis!! ❤️
Let me know if you like it!
get yoself a soft pretzel made by the Amish in Pennsylvania - I know that is incredibly specific but gawddamn - it’s incredibly delicious!
And you gotta get the lemonade!
noted.
Wealthfront has a 4.55% HYSA right now! Love your videos!
that's a good one!
Do these companies give you a timeline of when to expect pay? It sounds very frustrating not getting paid when you expesct
They do but rarely follow them.
Self employed pension???? I need to know more
Hi!!! I really want to invest in Financial planner.
Is there a digital version of it? Ive looked through the website and was just unsure. I didn’t want to purchase the wrong one.
If anyone could help!
Thanks in advance
Bougie top ❤ :)
haha thanks. it's rented
@@AjaDang from where?
@@theheartofchela it's a LA place people can pull from for photoshoots Ny Laurent.
For living in New York a house swap might be interesting? I know some people that have done it and apparently it works quite well 🤷🏼♀️.
like The Holiday????
@@AjaDang omg you replied to me, dying right now 😄. Yes, like the holiday! People actually do it, i know there is a friend of a friend of mine that's doing house swap on their vacation home in Portugal and they get to go skiing here in the US. In Europe it's done quite a bit. Can ask which website/organ if you want.
Can you make a video about profitable or worthwhile investments.
I don't have a 401k with my job buy I do have a good amount of money sitting in savs and don't know what to do with it
invest it for sure. Keep only what you need for your emergency fund in a HYSA and invest the rest in mutual funds
💛❤️💙
💕
Are you saving for the Beyoncé tickets ???
OF COURSE!
Are you in LA still or Texas now? Just curious!
LA
what is the breakdown of your pet insurance? my insurance for my dog and two cats is $66 a month for unlimited coverage with a $250 deductible, i can't even imagine paying over $300 a month!! I am sure you have a lower deductible and wellness coverage as well but I still feel like the extra $250 a month is wayyy higher than what you would pay out of pocket each year for wellness!
Our yearly payment for 2 dogs in $3600. And we’ve already almost made that back with Luke’s 2 ER stints + it’ll cover their deep cleaning dental so it’s definitely worth it for us
@@AjaDang i didn’t even think about the dental coverage. That’s awesome! Pet insurance has definitely been one of the smartest additions to my budget, it has saved us thousands since getting a puppy!
Are all of your sinking funds in different bank accounts?
Is your rent number for your half or the total rent you both pay?
2100 is half the rent
You don’t put any towards investments?
I do. It’s in the video
yo boy had a bachelor party in amsterdam..... only thing worse than that is thailand. you sure gota a looooota trust in him
I do.
Ayooooo
