That beach house part reminded me of the book series the summer I turned pretty by Jenny Han. (Same author of to all the boys, also the series is in the making) but it’s about this girl who’s torn between two boys that are brothers and they spend their summers in the beach house. Like the younger brother is her bsf and the older one is the boy she’s in love with. Also their moms are best friends and go way back. Idk just sharing I needed to get that out. :)
