My 87 W124 was one of the finest cars I ever own. The 1995 model had the best of the W124 design upgrades, a great engine - transmission combination.

just bought one, 1995 E320, 200.000ks. drives so smooth, elegant ,relaxing ,powerful but quiet .such a pleasure to drive . It's like disappointing when arriving at destination , just want to stay in this car and keep driving. and keep looking at it, from every angle, like a combination of elegance and simplicity and beauty and bit of bad ass look mix. I have an Audi S6V10 as well. which is amazing to drive . but now I drive the merc mostly. to anyone out there : if you find one in good condition , BUY IT and keep it. it will serve you well and give you so much more driving pleasure then any other Japanese or Korean car.
