This was the only video I could find that showed how to install the basic front wheels (not swivel) so thank you!!! For any women (like me) putting the cart together, I highly recommend putting on the SMALL front wheels FIRST. It just makes it easier to install them, as you have to maneuver the cart a bit to get them on. :)
The instructions that came with my cart were so confusing. I saw this video and it clarifies it so much better. I thought the front mandrel was too short, but after watching this video, I think I can do it now.
Thank you so much for this😭😭😭😭 I made plans to use this cart to pick up an order and walk home from the grocery store not realizing it didn't have instructions !😑 (it was gifted to me) I almost panicked. Thank goodness for this🙏
I bought a shopping cart precisely like the one in your video. We were going completely bonkers regarding the front mandel (axel), until my son said look on youtube and see if you can see a video of putting one together and voiila (wahLah) there you were, you instructional angel. You saved us. we spent an hour and a half trying to figure out those front wheels we thought the front mandel was too short, which you made mention of in the video. We had overlooked the tiny hole in the tip of the mandel. If I ever met you I would have to hug you and thank you. We were seriously going nuts until we saw your video. I would recommend it to anyone. I have the exact same cart except it is red and has a liner with it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! Tricia & Paul in Seattle, WA
I agree....I didn't know about the video, and put it together (had parts left over), did my shopping, hauled the groceries in it, and when I got to the porch, the front wheels fell off...lol. So I searched for the video, found it, and started from scratch. Looks a lot sturdier now.
You're a Life-Saver!!! Thank you! The instructions were worthless, and nothing made sense. I "Love" putting things together, but this cart was on its way to the garbage heap but YOU SAVED THE DAY! SO SICK OF SENDING THINGS BACK!!!! Looks like mine got bent during shipping as well. Might have been bent before they packed it. Who knows?! I think I was grossly OVERCHARGED anyway. ONCE AGAIN!!! CZcams to the rescue.
Thank you for the visual aid. FYI to anyone else: The shopping cart I purchased is designed such that the *springs, etc.,* for the SMALL wheels are installed on the *outer* side in relation to the small wheels; in other words, the _opposite_ of what is shown in the video. If you install the small wheels in the wrong way, the cart will not completely shut.
I was trying to put my moms folding shopping cart together but I was having trouble with the rear axle because I don’t know if I was putting the pieces on correctly, I got the front axle on correctly, I hope I used the right washers for it though.
Omg thanks for the video because when I was trying to follow the instructions I had to start over so many time and my fingers really hurts because I was doing it wrong. So thank you so much
Where can I get replacement springs, pins, washers and encaps? When one of the back wheels fell off, all I could retrieve were the wheel and 2 of the washers.
Have this cart (5 years) and love it. Need the front swivel wheels - one is askew. Have tried to find them but don't really know the size - purchased back wheels once, but can't remember where. Can someone help?😄
I have no instructions or picture of parts. This cart only has 2 springs and I got 3 bars . 1 large and 2 small . I have no idea what to do or if I'm missing parts and have a extra bar .
Can someone please tell what the little black clip that keeps the cart locked and folded is called?.. I lost mine and I would like to buy a replacement if they're available.. please and thank you
Thank you for the easy to follow instructional video - I traded my small cart with a neighbor - her son thought the front bar was too short so he did not put it together completely - he should have watched this video lol. The lady gave me the bar and two front wheels but the pins - washers and springs are missing. Do you know where I can purchase these? :)
my card came with "split pins", but soft plastic cups fitting very well.. should i still place and bend those clips, pls? Theres no even curves for bending those those clips around caps, like on yours...
Where can I buy a cart like this or better yet replacement wheels mine I loan to a 87 years old man who badly needed it and now the wheels are busted. lol he use it everyday and he put a plastic container storage box that fits right on top of it so he can carry his little doggy in it with blankets cause she broke her tiny toes so he carries her around in it and uses it to even help him get from point a to point b and helps him keeps his movability and independence for lol he use it to help with his walking and keeping his balance etc. but he use it so much that the wheels are worn out and badly needs new wheels. So in stead of buying a new cart I thought I can help him to get new wheels. His wheels looks like the size on this instruction videos but I have no idea sizes and the front wheel looks like this too. I have pictures so if the person who put this video together can help me order new replacement wheels I would appreciate it for I am just trying to help an old man out to keep his independence and his dog. I actually loan him the cart, for he badly needed it more than me to get his case of pop and shopping. Help please…😊❤
I bought the one with the swivel front wheels. when I opened it the handle which is used to push the cart was assembled in a way that all wheels would be at the same site. It wouldn't allow me to push it in the right position. I noticed that the front bar that holds the swivel wheels was assembled wrong. It has permanent nuts at the end that can't be removed. In order to get the handle in the right position, I had to take off those flat soft metal sheets on the bottom, force the handle pass the loops that suppose to keep it in the right position, but now kept it in the wrong place. It worked. I then reattached the flat bottom pieces, snapped on the swivel wheels and now notice that the swivel wheels make it hard to collapse the cart flat. the liner isn't right, and no liner was included for the small basket, but I'm too exhausted to do anything further at this point then write this complaint.
Ramona M I think I have the very same problem which is why I tried my darndest to not get one that had to be assembled! But I decided I wanted a specific color and someone told me it was easy to assemble. I can't believe they would ship one out with the parts in the wrong place and mines won't even flatten out at the bottom-those solid blue panels, I hope I'm just doing something wrong. They sent me two liner-the liner also sold me into buying it online. I haven't opened it because so far I see no way to assemble this cart correctly! Update: by studying my old cart and what you said, I could see that the handle was in the wrong place and I pushed it through to the other side also but I didn't have to remove anything on the bottom, thankfully and the liner fit well .You're right about the wheels keeping it from folding flat unless you turn them a certain way, then it folds flat enough to use the fastener.
This being my first buy of this cart, I noticed that the swivel front wheels will not work well at all. It is hard to push, particularly if not on blacktop or concrete. I have a gravel driveway and can only wheel it by tilting it backward onto the large wheels. Ugh.. not too happy about this either.
Ramona M oh I thought the swivel wheels would be an advantage! Did your liner come with a lid and did you get two? Maybe my 2nd one has the cloth lid, I didn't open it, but it's supposed to have one according to what's pictured on the website.
The mandrel for my cart is defective. There is a piece of metal that sticks up from the hole near the end. It is impossible to attach the wheel. can you send me another part?
I cannot get the final part, moving the axle into place, since the column will not give. I fear I will break the column from the cart to pull it sufficiently to make the wheel fit.
Great Video, but the springs on the Front wheels go on the OUTSIDE of the wheels, to hold them IN...... opposite of the back wheels. . . . I've got a picture from the manufacturer that shows it correctly. BUT THEY HAD NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX!! So.... Thank You soooo much for this video!!
The directions on my cart were on the inside of the paper front. That being said, my directions also had the springs on the outside. This video is a great help however, the printed directions were pretty crappy - and my small mandrel does not have the hole in it to put the spring clips next to the wheel.
Thank you for this. Ordered this exact cart and the instructions are ridiculous and unreadable. I managed to assemble the front smaller wheels by zooming on a photo of the product but now I see I am missing 2 washers for the outside section and will have to take it apart and add my own. grrrrr I was about to return it until I found this.
First it came up fine, so I bookmarked the site. The next time I went to click on it, the MALWARE message came up, so I hit ignore...no problems after that.

I just bought this, and there were no instructions included. You video, with the constant fading to black, is very annoying, and does not allow us to see all you are doing. I hope you will redo this video for the uncoordinated people that cannot understand what you are doing.

Thank you. I have been waiting 3 years for mine to be put together. I will see if I can do it myself. I was told it needed two people.
I Still can't get it. It's going in the garbage

Thank you! My friend gave my grandmother one, and her aide threw away her instructions! She worried me senseless to fix it! Lol You saved me!

Thank you, thank you!!! Appreciate your taking the time to make this video---so much better than written instructions!!
100% solid instructions. especially to one who has a hard time with the written Instructions like myself.
Thanks so much for getting me through the assembly
You're amazing! Thank you so much for this. No way we would have figured it out otherwise. You're the real MVP.
Thanks for the help, but there is no "just" about inserting the endcaps!
My daughter had to hammer those end caps on, because there is no way that they just screw on!
Thank you so much!I would have been so lost without this! Now my shopping cart is set up!
Thank you for this video. I lost the instructions and this video was exactly what I needed. Thanks again.
Thanks for the help with the cart. I was looking at the instructions and I couldn't understand it. So thank you and God bless and be safe.
I think I can do it now! Was losing my mind!

Thanks! Worked perfect

Hi, does have a way to disassemble it?
Where can I buy a cart like this or better yet replacement wheels mine I loan to a 87 years old man who badly needed it and now the wheels are busted. lol he use it everyday and he put a plastic container storage box that fits right on top of it so he can carry his little doggy in it with blankets cause she broke her tiny toes so he carries her around in it and uses it to even help him get from point a to point b and helps him keeps his movability and independence for lol he use it to help with his walking and keeping his balance etc. but he use it so much that the wheels are worn out and badly needs new wheels. I didn’t get but one set of end clips.
Cool
Thank you very much. Mine didn’t come with instructions 😁👍🏻

can't see how you put the clip in
I cannot get the final part, moving the axle into place, since the column will not give. I fear I will break the column from the cart to pull it sufficiently to make the wheel fit.
Lay the basket on its side with that side facing up and while holding it will down against the spring and insert the lock pin through hole and cap.
I enjoy watcing. Tje you tube app
Maybe you should of added that you NEED to bang the caps in with HAMMER 👍🔨🤪
THANKS for the video

the video is hard to follow, because...on and off, when insert little things in, the video off..

This is hard
