Thank you for this detailed video! I purchased a similar one on Amazon and had to assemble the big wheels. The assembly manual didn’t have clear instructions. It also said I had to get a plier which I didn’t have. But after watching your video, I was successfully able to assemble the cart. Thanks once again!
Were are they ? I looked everywhere ,box,red bag ... can't find them plus I think I'm missing parts . I only got 2 large springs and no locking pins.Could you let me know where you found your instructions .Thank you
I got bumped off amazon for telling someone they sold crap. But coming here is the best thing I could think of cause you are honest and your explanations and demonstrations are really clear and well done. Since the cart I bought on that other site came with crap directions, incorrect hardware and badly drilled spots for the tricky cotter pins. But I persevered and got it together. I seem to have a couple of extra parts, but the thing seems to be stable. I'll give it a month, and see how it goes. I might not be able to tell amazon what I think but in this case, help wasn't very far away. wondering where those extra parts should go, however. But thanks for the help with this!
I bought one of these on Amazon but it looks much different than what you have here! I wonder if it’s a China rip off? Especially for the smaller wheels, there is no closed off hole that the rod sticks into. It’s open on the other side! They did not include the right pins. The directions are confusing. There’s no special papers about model numbers or how to get help. I feel I got ripped off :(
Same here...bought mines from Amazon and it looks completely different...and different parts.My back wheels have red on them...the one he is demonstrating looks more secure than the one I was sent...only got it because it was marked down to $27.00...no instructions.I had to go online and try to find instructions,which is how I got to this video.Great video...but it sucks,because I got a rip off...the assembly parts are completely different.My wheels ,u can't even put the caps on.
There was no explanation as to how or if the insertable bag is attached to the cart, as well if the bag has a closeable cover to keep the items inside from becoming wet. And is the cart foldable for storage, and with a clasp to keep in the folded position? I also could not find a website for this Sandusky company, whcih is odd that a legitimate business would not have an online presence.

Thank you I'm trying to replace the front wheels on mine I didn't know how to take the front wheels off didn't know locking pin covered by the cap.
