About Me: Sarra Cannon writes contemporary and paranormal fiction with both teen and college-aged characters. I have 35 years of daily journals. I reread them when I turned 50. Very revealing in the patterns, what I chose to remember and how in comparison to what had actually happened. And very telling in the astrology transits over the decades. You definitely want those journals. I also have my mom's and now that she is gone they are like she's still with me. ❤

Whenever I feel my enthusiasm and motivation flagging, I know as soon as I dial into some Sarra content, I'll be instantly rejuvenated. True story. 😆. Thank you for always seeing the possibilities...I'm now questioning my journaling habits, thinking that if I have to complain (to off-gas the negative thoughts), then I should end with some #scripting to shift that energy.🥰

Have not tried ❤️ #scripting, I’m still trying to keep up with journaling. And here comes another month! I tried something new and decorated pages. I love flipping thru, but did not put enough words down on enough days. I now have many pages decorated for march and it will be April in less than 24 hours. I enjoy your videos. I did 55x5 to script my job and my home I think if nothing else repeating it over and over it helped me to believe it would happen and I showed to with the right energy
I scripted the pandemic about 6 months before it came about. It came to me as a story about a woman who craved being home with her kids. This thing happened, forcing them to be home and they played every game in the house, watched every movie, and bonded in a beautiful way.
RE: Writing people on CZcams - she doesn't do much on CZcams anymore, but Rachael Stephen has a channel and did a series on her Plot Embryo. She has a course where she teaches it and it was amazing - helped me plot out stories that fill all the points needed, as well, and I was able to write outlines for my novels that helped me win 3/3 NaNoWrimos!

Love this livestream + the scripting journal printable! I started scripting in a special journal with a special pen recently! I scripted again on Thursday, and it made me feel excited & happy! :D
I know this is off topic but I read ur book series beautiful demons when only seven books were out and I legit found them again today on Apple Books and seen more were out and I was so happy it brings bad old memories. I used to read these everyday until I finished it

I have never tried #scripting in a journal before. I walked away from journaling for a while when I was in a really dark place. I had a Nordic shaman do my first ever Tarot reading in the Hex shop in New Orleans. I have taken that encouragement to really believe that I need to find myself again. I need to become a energetic match for what I want to manifest for myself so that I can positively impact other people's lives.
Oh that's so awesome! I just went to Hex and the reader that day was reading bones. It was so cool.

#scripting I had to work today and missed the livestream. But I enjoyed watching the replay! I really do need to start journaling. But I always seemed to write negative things. This video has inspired me to try again and do positive scripting instead, and write as if I’m writing a happy-ending story with myself as the main character.

Yes! That's exactly what we are doing there in that exercise. A lot of journaling and classes will have you write a letter TO your future self and I always felt that was backwards! My future self is the one who knows where we are heading!

I’ve always struggled with journaling but I like the idea of scripting things to happen in the near future. In the past I think I always struggled because I was thinking too far out and my brain was like “but how do we get there?” Hopefully this will help me stick with it! #scripting
