    (c) Clean to Offset Rack Squat (5 reps)
    (d) Walking Lunge (10 reps/leg)
    (e) Body Weight Squat (10 reps)

    Had pneumonia 2 weeks ago which really halted my training! Jumped back into it today with this one!! It’s going to be a slow climb back
