HW and the Sooze discuss how to dial in the Kemper like a pro and how we edit and approach Liquid profiles. They offer a new level of authenticity but how to do we use the deep parameters with Liquid profile and does it ruin their authenticity?
Even after all these years, the Kemper still sounds killer. Great vid guys
yeah..everytime i find a really good sound and usr it for a long tome.ill click on some other profile i jusy go..dand that sounds killer.. currently using the hell out of a krank amp sound..same thing..wow that sounds better than what ive been using. I use a friedman 12 " monitor ( made of birch like a real cab and it sound like a cbunky marshall cab. ) only thing that might beat a kemper would be size related..like those newer small pedals. But the Kemper sounds massive to me ( i play chunky meta tones with shred leads) when i turn on delay..i can shred with almost any sound..even with some of the cleaner sounds
Kemper is nice! Guitar processors can make a big difference in sound depending on the CAB IR you use.
actually there are many IR products on the market, but I think DYNAX IR has the best sound. As stated in their product description, DYNAX IR is really fast. When using IRs, the pick attack is sometimes delayed, and it is difficult to add picking nuances, but their IR prevents all of that. It's revolutionary!
Near the end there, I thought I was hearing some Stu G tones. Thanks guys for an informative video. 15:55
That's high praise!! :)
That Tokai Plexi tone is another level, beautiful 👋👋👋
I don’t know what it is about the Kemper… I own the Axe Fx III, Helix, Tonex, and Kemper… they all sound phenomenal, and each have their strengths… But I genuinely think that the Kemper is just the most fun to play! Maybe because it “feels” like you’re tweaking an amp when you’re turning the dials on the toaster?? 🤔
Yeah for metal tones the clarity control is one of the biggest aspects. I’ve also recently been dialing back the gain knob more since my guitar is super high output since the extra gain makes 7 strings sound flubby.
Enjoyed your visit with the WT guys. How is it possible that they have almost a million subs, and you guys have 40k? It's not right...
😂 I lie awake thinking about this app the time….
WT?
Wait… is this a compliment to TJ or a slight to us?
Low key office reference, there, but also a genuine question 😅
@@worshiptutorials someone has to keep them in line 🙂🙏
Because Christoph Kemper is the only Lord to praise here ❤😂
Something else to keep you awake at night: why does every conversation end up talking about food? 😂
One of the greatest joys in life! 🤤
@@thesoozeTJ and in some cases it shows 😂🤣😂🤣
@@jimmcdougall9973 man that was savage!!
Its commonly accepted the Kemper isn't quite as good sounding as QC or even toneX - but to me it still sounds like it more then keeps up with those units using good profiles??
I'm a still a massive fan of the Kemper sound/feel, even with all the newest options available.
I have not understood what liquid profiling even is…. Is it possible to do with Tone Junkie profiles? And how would someone beefing to find out how to start??
A liquid profile is a profile where the buttons are those of the amp it reproduces (*instead of the generic Kemper buttons) as well as the range of each of these buttons. EX: if an amp has "brightness" instead of "high EQ", the liquid profile will have a Brightness button, and its range will be similar to the range of the real amp
If you really want to show off kemper, why dont you make a video where you show how a gigging musician use to a qc, helix, or axefx, can get what they are used to and more out of the kemper. For me its not about sound, they all sound good, its the functionality thats important.
