The right lane is almost empty with just two cars sitting on it. Why on earth would you choose to box yourself in by using a full left lane with a full lane next to it?

It's always been a problem. People do not pay attention and have pea brains. It's especially infuriating when there is a true emergency in the back of our ambulance, and traffic not paying attention forces us to hit the brakes over and over which throws the EMTs/medics around in the back and delays our arrival to the hospital, both of which reduce the chance of patient survival. People are selfish

Lots of unworthy comments. Point. The foam was working like it was suppose to, but they ran out. The truck only can carry so much. You are seeing the behind the scene view of what actually goes on & the issues involved in a fuel fed fire. People need to keep in mind that not every place in the world is equipped to handle a massive liquid fuel type fire. You can dump water on it, but all your going to do is move the fire around, spread it out. Best to let these types of fires burn themselves out. Great job by local police for getting the traffic on the freeway stopped. Actually people are pretty stupid & so many of them would drive right up to the blazing tanker just to get a selfy. It is important that we get the many views of the responding vehicles. You can clearly see they are all help up by people failing to yield the right of way to the emergency vehicles. Nobody cares, & drives around with the head up the but, even the white utility truck who could clearly see & hear the fire chief coming, and elected to cut him off anyway. The cops did a great job, fire rescue did a great job. Everyone needs to review this video for training. Great stuff. I seen a firetruck that had a snorkel sticking out of the front of the truck in a different video. They sure could of used one here.

I can not believe how these idiot drivers in the beginning are not stopping for this emergency vehicle. Even that truck driver in the first couple mins makes me not wanna be a Professional driver anymore.
This would make for a great public service announcement MOVE OVER TO THE RIGHT!
And maybe the state can add hydrants in areas close to the freeway that are easily accessible for the fire personnel.
You guys take soo much crap from citizens and endanger your lives to save lives. I salute all of you.

Why does everyone always assume a location in Colorado is Denver? This is not close to Denver. If it was the Denver fire department would be responding and not SMFR. This is actually by Greenwood Village/Cenntenial.
