I loved hearing about your synchronicity experience. I had one recently where I was completely astounded. I used the moonology, sacred journey, energy oracle and the answer is simple (I think), and all of them came out with the key message “just let the past go”. I realised that I had been ruminating unhealthily about a past situation, so much so I was not as present in the moment as much as I should be and was too much in my head. It was certainly a stark awakening, but one that was really needed. And it was so weird that completely different decks focussing on completely different things were telling me the same thing! I love that you get such a strong message of courage! It sounded empowering!

Ive been sitting on tarot of the sidhe saying ill order it as some point and i keep putting it off. I think this was my message to order it now lol and i finally did!

I have the Brian Froud Faeries oracle and I recently ordered the Tarot of the Sidhe - I picked up Emily Carding's Faery Craft book last year and found it so interesting. When I first got the Faeries Oracle a few years ago I definitely struggled with it alone and found some of the images confronting but yes I do think there are deep messages to uncover within it and the readings I have used it for have been very powerful, plus it's perfect at this time of the year. I can't wait to work with them both together. I was also thinking that Tarot of the Hidden Realm and the Faeries Oracle would work really well together too. Xx

I just ordered Tarot of theSidhe yesterday after wanting it for months and I am SO excited. The card that really sold me on it was actually the genius version of 8 of cups.
The vibe reminds me of the one I get from The ellis tarot (which is on the top of my wish list♡)

The Tarot of the Sidhe is one of my favourite decks. What I love so much about it is especially that it manages to be clear and ambigous at the same time - without contradiction.
To explain it:
Maybe it's most visible in the Empress and the Emperor.
Flowers, seeds, fertility, nurturing and spring ... is with the Empress. Yet, sowing is archetypically male (especially in sexual terms). Same with the Emperor. Leaves, harvest, bringing light and order. With bringing fruit to completion being archetypically female (giving birth).
There are many, many other cards that break our common notions for good and they manage to do so without destroying patterns that provide orientation. I love that.
In that way the deck bears a wonderous "joyful yet shadowy" energy.
I also like that it follows the Waite-Smith system and discards it at the same time.
(The cards don't depict [theater] stages; there are no male dominated courts; no military focus.)
The Brian Froud Cards ... I don't know. It's an interesting deck. There's a lot to love ... however, I don't connect with the "pin-up suit" to date. As long as it stays that way, I won't buy it.
A deck (maybe among others) I hope to pair the Tarot of the Sidhe with is The Card Deck of the Sidhe.
Faeries Oracle is my all time favorite deck from the beginning I recieved it, it has it all, and for me feels like a being/beings not a deck, portals. I work now with my second copy and recently bought a third one in case of 😝 they knew/know exactly what they want. I’ve had so many special experiences with it. If I had to choose one deck, it would be this one. Happy for you it was a special/magical bonding too ✨🙏🧚🏻♀️💛🧚🏻🙏✨

I am with you, the Tarot of the Sidhe is one of my top decks. The art isn't pretty to me, but it is really so powerful, and this deck just tells me as it is straight up. And now that I see your trimmed deck, I might just trim mine as well! ❤️
Oh, and when I just got it, I had to have it by me at all times. It was just so strange how it called to me and how I was so connected to it.
I wasn’t attracted to the art at first, but it’s compelling!
I do love Tarot of the sidhe. Without hesitation or a second thought I trimmed the sides off immediately upon receipt so that I wouldn’t lose the feeling I felt that made me purchase the deck.

Hi Lisa!You know what?When I first saw the Tarot of the Sidhe - many years back- I thought "meh this is not for me". Then it gradually started calling me ...and lately I gave in and bought it. Now I am waiting for it to arrive...and I really believe it will become one of my faves too. I was getting messages even through watching walkthroughs of it!Have you ever had this happen to you?!
Personally I have a couple of faerie oracles but I haven't really connect with them...not yet anyway...I don't know, maybe the time hasn't come for me or I haven't found the right one for me...we'll see! :)

I love the "heart of Faerie Oracle". It was my first divination deck. It worked wonderfully for me until one day...it didn't. A couple of months later, I read about charging your deck (I'd always just used the full moon) by putting them back in order. I tried this. Well, to my surprise there were 3 cards missing (lesson learned: do not shuffle cards at a desk with a trash can in the knee-hole). The deck did come with three extra no-named cards, I have downloaded the images to, maybe, glue on those extra cards. Do you think the deck would be clumsy to use with 3 thicker cards? Would the "randomness" of the shuffle be impaired?
I love this deck, but, when I pull it out, people say it's too dark. So I only use it for personal readings. Also, do you have a video where you discuss how you rotate your decks? ... seasonal or some other organization method? I'm trying to develop a system myself. Thank you!
i had that faery oracle when i was 18/19 and it was never my favorite, lovely but i have never been super fond of the fae
Your experiences with the first two decks individually are so close to mine that now I'm wondering why I haven't put them together!! ::smacks self on forehead:: Put the Tarot of the Sidhe WITH the Faeries' Oracle! DUH. 😅 They're both so powerful for me, and are among my absolute favourites. I find the Heart of Faeries tends to wax and wane for me, where sometimes it really works and sometimes not so much. You might be going through a waning time with it…but it might wax again someday…never know.
I’ve heard the Froud faerie decks can be moody and mischievous like that! But if you ever want to trade/sell Heart of Faerie please let me know. I’ve been eyeing it lately! 👀 Just trying to find a reasonable price.... 😓 From what I’ve learned, Heart of Faerie is more of an accessible entry into the Froud decks/Faerie world, partly because it’s more human and less abstract. I’m still a bit too intimated to use the original deck tbh, it’s energy feels so powerful to me!! Heart of Faeries seems a bit gentler, less raw?? So I was hoping to start there if I can acquire it some day... Also I LOVE Playful Heart tarot it’s actually deeper than I expected! Enjoy it!!
