Paano po ba lutuin yan yung hindi lalambot agad.. yung crunchy pa rin after 5 hours?
make sure it is only half fried not deep fried, and use low - medium heat. You have to turn you lumpia every now and then . The inside wrapper will be cooked first, then followed by the outside wrapper. If you follow this, my experience is it is still crunchy even after four hours.
