      I make it without relish, nagiging maasami kasi ang lumpia. Masarap naman siya kahit wala. Traditionally naman kasi yung lumpia (like gawa ng mga lola natin) walang relish and raisins. Level up version ito ni mommy Esie.

      Kinchay is Chinese parlsey or you can just use readily available regular parlsey. I personally don't use parsley and still taste as good.

      Frozen in the freezer, then fry as needed without thawing til golden brown.
