Hi, Its a cool quiet place to camp, but not much to do there. I usually drive a little west and Hike on the AT. I also have a part 2 to this and I'm at a different site and another video at the Somerset airfield campground a few miles away. Thanks for watching. Have Fun!

What a beautiful place to boondock! I'm envious of your solar generator. I might jump into solar pretty soon for my camper. That chipmunk is SO cute!!! He wants to be a CZcamsr too! I really miss having a campfire. We have been in a fire ban for a while now. Good video and informative!

Camp Kelly Campground off Route 9, been visiting this place for over 10 years.. Perfect getaway in the Green Mountains.. Great spot to pick!

Awesome! You will learn a lot on these smaller trips. You're right about the cooler. I spent a lot of money on ice for my 20 day trip. I subscribed.

My suv can boondock/stealth camp if I want to. I love your set up, I have the same stove lol.
If boondocking you can have as many gear as you want 😂
The foothills trail is a beautiful trail❤️ there is an access that you dont have to walk very far to camp by the waterfalls.

I camped at this same site late Fall this year. This is the best spot of all of the campsites in this area. The trash and water can be handled at the Woodford state park camp ground (pay a small fee).

What's the best address to put in to get to forest rd? I'm trying to go there for my birthday first week of October
This campground is forest road 74 and it is in Google maps also listed as Camp Kelly Campground, 1380 George D Aiken Wilde Rd, Woodford, VT 05201
@@lark518Photo you mentioned woodford state park. I stayed there in October the last three years, very nice.

Yes, it's National Forrest area, you can camp up to 14 days, Also a few miles away at the Sommerset airfield.Check it out very cool places
