I was blown away by how many facts were laid out in the podcast that were completely ignored by the media because it didn’t fit their bullshit narrative. Great investigative work by Ziegler over the course of 10 years, in a rational world he’d win a Nobel prize instead of Sara ganim.
@@Jmjdit I have heard that line too much.... I do not care what you think of the Journalism as long as i can discern the facts. If left to the mainstream media I will get wonderful journalism that is a lie. I would prefer bad writing skills, bad journalism and the truth over the aforementioned. Rather than demean the podcast actually point out where they may be wrong, but apparently you just want to attack because you did not do that......and why, because you can't.
if Sandusky were innocent ..he would have taken the witness stand , no way do you let these kids describe these incidents and not take the stand....all the proof you need
Had he taken the stand, he would have looked foolish and acted exactly as he did in the Bob Costas and New York Times interviews. He finally knew to shut the hell up during the trial, but never before that.
Yea I was gonna say same lawyers already are Leary of putting a defendant on the stand and when they have a odd personality like Sandusky where even if they think their innocent their not gonna put em up there when it is not in their best interest because they won’t be well received by a jury
If you would just do some casual research and investigation you would clearly see that Sandusky's lawyer served him up. He did a horrible job. Not taking the stand does not prove a thing. Just like you should never speak to the police you should always make the government prove beyond a shadow of a doubt....however this case due to the ridiculous media coverage by STRANGERS that TELL A VISION of locker rooms, showers...etc...etc... no one wanted to speak a word in defense of Jerry. This dude Fisher is lying and lying hard and he is victim #1...if he is lying? ....what about the rest of the victims? Clearly it has been said that there are victims who received a settlement and did not deserve it. Can you describe any of the physical evidence that ties the testimony from the victims to Jerry? seriously if you think taking the stand or not taking the stand is proof of innocent then you would have believed a Jew in German Courts 1933 not taking the stand was guilty. You would have thought a colonist in 1776 not taking the stand was guilty....see how stupid that thought is?!?!?
@@Oldman808there are interviews with people in his direct orbit, specifically his ex wife, former next door neighbor, and two of his best friends that went on the record with John Ziegler to basically say that Aaron Fisher is full of shit. That would never happen if his story was even somewhat true. So Aaron Fisher is a damn liar and Sandusky is an innocent man because Fisher is the foundation of this whole case.
It became easier for him to tell girls what happened because after a while you start to believe your own lies. Aaron was never abused by Sandusky but he was probably abused by his step father. With the Benefit of Hindsight podcast reveals EVERYTHING.
a loose claim that he was "probably abused by his step father" isn't even remotely appropriate, and no the podcast does not genuinely reveal Sandusky was innocent.

They were manipulated by attorneys, therapists, and the justice department and motivated by huge payouts. An accuser who got more than $10 million is not even known to the Sandusky family. But how about you tell me which of the 'people Sandusky TERRORIZED' you believe the most and why.
@@janemiller9521 I listened to the man that WITNESSED the act in the shower. Trying to SMEAR victims is pretty disgusting. Sandusky was ENABLED by everyone that should have spoken up. He got what he deserved. His credibility was absolutely shot.

I think Sandusky is guilty of molesting kids but I also think several of these "victims" lied big time.

Defense attorneys often advise innocent clients not to testify. That Sandusky did not take the stand in no way is indicative of his guilt.
