Ok am just gonna go with ur wife and be like woooooooow. The other house as gorgeous as it was, didn't feel as practical to me as this one. They are both very beautiful houses, but I can actually see a family live here u know. Even though I didn't see a dining area, there's still space for that so am good. The rooms were beautiful, and am not even gonna touch the master suite. Oh boy... The last house just seemed too fancy to be lived in. Hahahah that probably didn't make sense to u 😀😜. This house just fits my style perfectly; the family bedrooms upstairs, the guest downstairs. No pool, but screw it 😜

Perfect house! Except I’m from NJ and yo7 get land here with 1+m houses. No land with mountain houses. Only big negative with these.
What do you do with a lot of land for a residential home?
I mean you get about 2+ acres which is about 4-5 times the lot space with these homes and the houses are spaced farther apart. I makes a huge difference. With these houses your on top of your neighbors. I didn’t mean

Irvine CA land is extremely expensive and I believe you have to rent it (you can't own it). Not 100% sure. They also charge people 40 years of Mello-Roos tax on top of other taxes.
It's nice 2 no that Toll builds nice houses on the West Coast because they really build some sorry bullshit homes in Richmond, Va.
