That’s a model home, they usually are open for about 2-3 years sometimes even more depending on how big is the development. Of course many other CZcamsrs have covered this model home as all the other models everywhere in the country. The builders sometimes do update the paint and decor so you might see the variations from video to video.
This video leads me to believe that Summerlin community is still open to purchase. Once they put the model home for sale, the community is pretty much done being built

Dang so much salt 😂, the toll brothers website still shows that this community in particular still has 4 available home sites. Are you going to go around every CZcamsrs vídeos policing that they take the videos of homes sold a couple of years ago as well? 🫠
