absolutely love how the front courtyard actually has room to sit, and the kitchen, dining and great room are just grand in scale. too many homes don't consider those aspects, and are odd, cramped, design fails that kill the place.
upstairs got weird, though. and that triangular pool isn't appealing.
i'll still save this for the downstairs plans.
