Toll Brothers are really deceiving with their models. $2.1M is probably the starting base price. To get one to look exactly like the model you're probably looking at $300k lot premium, $500k interior upgrades, and $1M exterior upgrades which by the way TB doesn't do. So you're looking at $2.9M for the upgraded house on gravel unless you chip in another $1M for exterior upgrades with a 3rd party company. How do I know? I walked into a Danville TB sales office, checked out the model, and super excited to hand over $2.5M, that I didn't have anyway, only to find out I need to cough up $4.3M to get a model-equivalent. So I said I'll take my day dream elsewhere.

Depends on where you are. Here in Charlotte, NC we can get model equivalent at a pretty decent price on a Toll Brothers home.

man i love videos like this. these are the kind of videos i search for here on youtube. it gives me a certain drive to be rich. sorry i know i sound like a douchebag but its how i am. i never been to Cali before but want to move there bad. the only problem is i don't want to live in the poor (A.K.A. the Hood) parts of it. IMO if i can't move to the nice parts from the jump then why move. however i really believe i will be living in a home like this one day. not to mention living in sunny California. great video by the way. keep it up, and I'll subscribe to ur channel.

anytime man love live videos like this. they're aren't many but whenever i find them i try to subscribe to them. i just checked some of your other videos. all i can say is GODDD DAMNN lol those homes are absolutely beautiful. i heard of Toll Brothers before. are they only in California? i believe they are in Florida too? i could be wrong, but anywho yes ur videos give me Inspiration to be successful. oh how far is Orange county from Beverly Hills? its this realtor names "Christophe Choo", and he also does these kind of videos, and i love them. the only thing is he does them from Beverly Hills & the Hollywood Hills.

Sorry could not finish the video. Too much talking and hearing opinions of people. I was expecting the tour to be one of highlighting the features of the house and allowance for the viewer to immerse in the space, but the distractions interrupted the process.

I was really beginning to like this house until I saw the outdoor barbecue. The Barbecue and kitchen side-by-side is totally LAME! Get ride of the barbecue and keep the kitchen, thatâs all you need! It gets worse, there is another kitchen on the other side of the kitchen, omg, what will I see next? Spotted the next mistake in the master bath, look at the bathtub, the faucet is on the WRONG side, how is anyone supposed to get into the tub?
