      Rufai is always one way direction. I like him too but sentiment don't solve problems. At times, your thinking might not be correct so don't always think what you are thinking is the right thing to do. You have to give all parties to an issue fair hearing everybody can pick what they think is correct.
      Rufai always like to stop people from talking when he thinks the person is not talking in the direction he(Rufai) want it.

    Well, in all sincerity and fairness, I don't think Rufai gets the essence of bringing two guests into the studio. He (Rufai) doesn't need to take sides. He should have left the arguments to the discussants. That gives the programme more credibility.

    When you listen to all the lawyers invited to Arise News since the ‘drama’ in Rivers State started for their legal views, you’ll be wondering whether the law schools in Nigeria teach different things to different prospective lawyers… To me , it seems like it is a waste of time and resources to train lawyers in Nigeria since when they are trained or called to bar, they end up maliciously using the law rather than using the law for the common good and social Justice of society. Why can’t they have one law that says if there is a case from a state house of assembly or state government, it should first go to the state judiciary before taking it to the federal court if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the first judgement. How can a state house of assembly in Rivers or Delta State for example take its legal matter to a federal court in Benin city or Abuja without instituting it first at their state level judiciary? Honestly, the judiciary in Nigeria is a mess and the system has been abused by mischievous politicians!

    The question is, did those 27 ex lawmakers defected to APC or not? They went to court and swore affidavits which affirmed their defections to APC.
    In law it’s stated that where the law is straightforward, don’t add to it.
    We must not rely on courts to interpret what the constitution has already addressed.
    Ask the law representing the APC lawmakers, whether his clients defected to APC or not?
