This was a really great video and I appreciate how long it must have taken to put it together. I did something similar in my L shaped bathroom and layout was a pain. I actually bought a cheap program for my iPad so I could see the layout and wound up doing 1/3 of a tile offset instead of half. Okay. My questions. First, when you were calculating how much to move the tiles from the center line you didn’t include the grout line. If you were doing 1/4” rather than 1/8” would you have? And why didn’t you remove the white base mounding ? I see you used 1/4 round to cover the gap. If it was your house would you pull all the base and end the tile under the new base? Again great job.

Hey Richard!! Thank you so much for your support. At the beginning of the planning I just laid the tile down and left a 1/8 gap between each tile . I didn't measure just eye balling. But then on minute 11:30 When I moved my center line toward the back by the window I actually place the 1/8 spacers/leveling red thingys . Go there to confirm.
The whole apartment had baseboard and 1/4 round. So I just removed the 1/4 round and at the end of the tile installation, I installed the 1/4 round. Thank you so much for noticing that. I should have mentioned or showed. See you around.
