    Printer will not find router for some reason. All my other devices are working from the WiFi. Any ideas why the printer will not locate the router?

      Mine is still in route...I am afraid that I wont be able to get it to work with a MAC OS-X

      Hi, Ed! The ET-4850 does have auto 2-sided printing, but not scanning.

    Printer connects to wifi fine and then one of my laptops finds printer and connects (add device) and will print BUT another laptop will find the printer on wifi when you hit add printer but it will not connect to printer. Help!

    So I've connected the printer to the computer, but is says "driver is unavailable" what does that mean and what do I do?

    i have been able to connect the printer to my printer wirelessly and it prints fine. Unfortunately during the CD software installation process it does not detect the any scanner ID and the installation ceases. Have been unable to find a solution. Thoughts?

      Hello! Can you confirm that the Epson Scan 2 software is installed? If it is, look for Epson Scan settings. Once there, you may need to add the IP address from the printer.       @@epsonamerica I downloaded the software from your support page and installed it. I had to add the address as you suggested and the scan utility works well. However, notwithstanding this the installation program on on the CD will not complete the installation process. I am able to print from all of my programs and the scanner is working as it should, to the best of my knowledge. Is there anything that I am missing due to the incomplete installation process that is necessary or should I not worry about the incomplete installation process? Will my printer have been automatically registered for warranty purposes?

      Hi, Rosa - you can achieve a wired connection by using a USB. You can purchase one from a local retailer.

      I see an outlet for a 120 cable. No problem. Then just above that there are 2 outlets but they are NOT USB outlets. So where is this USB outlet exactly?

    This is a really good printer czcams.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 . The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
