Finally I find how to fix this problem of ink errors about needing ik when it does not not being recognized are some other problem at 2:13........ I went through two days of frustrating search on the Internet without the last part being disclosed .......................THIS THE FIX

That ain't gonna happen,, you will be not dealing with Epson any longer. That voids your warranty and they won't help you. To answer your question, you can use, Hiipoo, Printer's Jack , Cosmos or any of the other Sub inks, Just don't put the pigment ink in that comes with the printer.. Also,, I strongly suggest doing a little more research before trying Sublimation. ..There is allot more to it than just putting ink in and printing. :) I know, because I teach the classes.. The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
