my color prints look faded and have lines through them. trying to figure out how to fix it before we return it. this is the second one by the way. the first one we received had a software issue and we had to return it and wait for the current one. wish us luck.

Was customer service able to help you with this issue? I called them and they refused to help me because my mother purchased it for me. I had the receipt and it was shipped directly to me but they still said they couldn't help me.
May I ask why at this point in time there are no ECO Tank printers that can not scan and copy via duplex mode? Also, the screen is tiny compared to other printers. Is there an ECO Tank in the future that can provide duplex copying and FAXs?

Can I use 522 ink on all colors instead of 502 with this printer?

Can you print with just black ink and leave the others empty? I cant call support

To ensure print quality, Epson printers draw a small amount of ink from all ink sources to keep the print head clear so nozzles don’t clog. While you may only be printing black, a fraction of color ink is being used. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

You download the software that it comes with onto your computer. follow the instructions. A lot of these people refer you to other numbers when they should provide you the answer right there and then. Only takes one sentence to say that.

I bought this printer czcams.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
How is the 4800 different from the 2850?

So when you run out of ink you are buying bottles instead of cartridges? I can only imagine how much these bottles of ink will cost
