my primary school principal got three of his fingers cut off when he was a child, but he was in a movie theater so it was really dark, & because of that he didn't feel any pain since he didn't even notice they were cut off. Kind of a cool story to me honestly

Most of the deaths involving decapitation are probably not as bad for the victim as you think. Nerves get severed and pair that with Adrenaline running then the person would’ve not felt nor remember any pain before dying.

Spinal fractures, broken neck, head trauma causing bleeds. All very possible from 6ft. I’ve seen someone fall less than that and end up in resus
