- The 2024 Suzuki GSX-8R was unveiled recently, but it wasn't like the bike was a secret before that. Everyone knew this was coming, and fortunately, the bike does live up to the little hype it got. The GSX-8R is a brand-new Suzuki that seems to be replacing the 600 supersport, aiming squarely at bikers who are looking for a powerful middleweight sportbike that's easy to live with yet perky enough for spirited runs.

Love the bike but I hate how you can put a slip on exhaust on it without changing the entire exhaust system since the original exhaust is welded.

The GSX8R is a glorified overpriced beginner bike. Yuck. This is not a real supersport. This is a fraud. Get a ZX6-R. That's a real supersport.
This is in no way a beginner's bike, and sorry but "real" 600 supersports are going the way of the dodo. I bet IF you even have ever owned one you only ride one Sunday a month, where the rest of us ride our bikes every day, with real use torque.
@@switcherlp780 this is the most expensive underpowered glorified beginner bike on the market. 600 and 750 riders have to downgrade to this underpowered crap just to get a new bike? C'mon man. I guess I'm going to keep my R6 and GSXR750 for the rest of my life.
It’s not marketed as a super sport it’s a naked bike with a splash of wind protection. I have ridden this bike, and you are right, it will not compete with 4 pots! It’s pretty zippy from 0-70 tho. And that’s where most people live that consider this bike. It’s IS sad our beloved online 4’s are going away. I feel your pain.
You totally missed the point of this bike. It’s a sport bike, not a supersport. I have brain damage and even I get this bike. Please don’t be dumber than me 😂
you can make an inline 4 and still have useable torque. that's not the point. you must also realise they are getting away with extremely inexpensive manufacturing practices while offering you an inferior product at an inflated price tag. keep buying though!@@switcherlp780
