Did she mention why changing eligence from Filo to Japan?
She is a dual citizen of both countries (Japan and Philippines) Japan doesn't allow dual citizenship but Phils does so she has to choose one. She chose Japan as it has stronger passport so it's good for her career as she has to travel to different countries.
