It's sad to say, as a black female in a medical profession I notice that many blacks working as M.D's and other medical professionals in general are blackballed and put down as being inferior amongst their other non-black coworkers. I've seen how other co-workers try to belittle your capabilities and devalue your skills that you clearly share with other co-workers.However, my rebuttal is that your knowledge and capabilities should be honored just like anyone else's, so keep your head up and stay focused and true to who you are and don't let anyone else tell you differently!
Compassion and brains.
You are so young, it's not just being black, it is that you look like you're about 15 years old. But I am proud of you
